I have had them repair my car in March 2023, they did exactly what was required as they are knowledgeable. Though labour rate was on the higher side (on par with big chains), they knew what they are doing , unlike the main chain brands, who knew nothing , where I visited prior to that. Surprisingly, the parts they used on my car was billed almost equal to the major supplier they were using, whereas other shops charge 3 times the part costs. So, in all, they were cheaper than the main automotive repair brands because of cheaper pricing for provided parts. They have my full recommendation.

I have to edit my review and downgrade from 5 starts to only 2 after I noticed a crack on my dash. I would've appreciate it if you told me that this happened while fixing the air conditioner instead of me finding out that Dash is cracked.I've owned this vehicle for many years and I'm the only one that drive it. No one else gets in that truck to cause that crack.6/23/23 brought the truck for a complicated AC service. They fixed it and it have been working fine for the past week. Thanks Pablo.

PS Automotive saved our family vacationOur Nissan passenger van suddenly died while we were Tulsa. Other shops in the area told us they couldn't get us in for several days, but after explaining our situation, Pablo told us they could do diagnostics same day. The problem ended up being a simple fuse, and we were back on the road 1 day later. A less honest mechanic could have charged us to replace the $1800 fuel pump that the fuse had gone out on, and we never would have known the difference. We are extremely grateful we found Pablo and the PS Automotive team in our hour of need.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

He was very polite and informative. Thank you.Update: previously went because I smelt gasoline. I wanted the whole fuel system checked. Came back and they said they found NOTHING. I said great but they told me about my control arm needing to be replaced for over $600. Has to pay them over $50 just for them to check and they found NOTHING. Week later my truck stops. Won't start. Sat for an hour at an intersection with my 4 kids for a tow. Took it to Roberson and they tell me it my FUEL PUMP! Needless to say...I'm highly disappointed!!! So my 5 stars will turn into a 2. I'm just so darn nice?

My car broke down while traveling, and PS Automotive was able to fix it that same day. The staff were incredibly nice, straightforward, and helpful. While the car was being repaired I had canceled the rest of my trip, but the owner's reassurance before I left that the car was fit for the trip helped me change my mind, and he was right! The car did great on the 1,500 mile journey. I can't thank them enough for fixing my car, helping me through a hard time, and making my trip possible. It's amazing the impact a good mechanic can have on someone's life. I would recommend them 100% to anyone in the Tulsa area.
