I recently went to this branch to get a cash advance, to deposit money into my landlords account. I went to other branches and had no problems. This time they locked my funds up in pending status, making me really late on rent. Now because of the branches hold on my money,I'm stuck with late fees and an eviction notice. This branch has been no help in helping me resolve this issue. I recommend not doing business with this bank.

Everything was good. Long walk to get in the door. I'm using a cane. Distance is a problem for me. Because back and legs.

I was a bit hesitant to bank here after reading the earlier negative reviews. But I have been greeted with a friendly "hello" and a smile each time I walk in the door. The tellers and the Cust. Service reps have all been both kind and helpful. I have had nothing but positive experiences here, so I give them a well earned 5 stars.

This is the worst bank branch I have ever used. I talked to a representative who said I could deposit up until 6pm at the drive through. After driving 4 hours to get to this location I come to find out that the employees chose to stop working the drive through at 5:50pm. If I could give a worse rating, I would.

Terrible customer service at this specific location. I don't know if it's just the staff or what. Your bank is inconsistent across different locations when it comes to check cashing fees. I normally cash my check at the 17th and Harvard location and am never charged a fee because my work check is drawn from your establishment. Now today I'm told a year ago you changed your rules. Inconsistent and rude. I'll go to Wal-Mart and be charged 3 dollars not 12.50.
