While I appreciate that the complex is trying to be more eco friendly & conserve paper by not printing out all of the advance maintenance notices. All communication from the complex is by email - which I rarely open unless I’m expecting something. So I miss notices about pest control, air filter changes, etc. Thankfully my building has had no problems with pests so I’m not worried about that but what about others who do have issues… Not everyone has internet or even a phone so they wouldn’t have any clue about maintenance.

My refrigerator kept going out even though I believe it should have been replaced after the 1st time fixing and then the same issue arise again js but maintenance did try his best to get me right. After several attempts the fridge had to be laid to rest. ??? And I now have a new one that's so much better. Thank you maintenance team and staff for making mine and my children's life a little less stressful.

I'm a 62 year old disabled veteran. Found out they are evicting me so they can upgrade the apartment. Been here 3 years never late on payments and no complaints. Worst place in tulsa.

The end of our experience was less than ideal with polo run. My husband and I lived here for two years. We were quiet tenants, non smokers, no pets, and paid our rent on time every month. The one time we complained, nothing was done about the situation with our neighbors. We had wasps in our apartment for 4 months, and had to contact them 5 times before they did anything about it. Management is terrible, and was changing constantly. We got charged after we moved out for things out of our control (shampooing the carpets and drain pans). Haley called my husband and told us that if we came and cleaned out the fireplace (which was used maybe twice) she would take away our fee. She told us we could come this past Sunday, and that the door would be unlocked. We traveled 30 mins from our new home to clean it and the door was locked. We called first thing today (Monday morning) to be able to come up that evening and Haley told us that there was nothing we could do. It’s absolutely ridiculous for her to go back on what she told us, plus charging us over $50 to clean a fireplace. Don’t move in here!

Moved in about a month and a half ago. Hailey was amazing. They fix issues quickly and are very sweet. My neighbors are quiet and sweet. The complex is peaceful. Def would recommend.

Honestly the worst apartment experience I've ever had. There is a huge rat problem and when I say huge. I mean it. The rats were bigger then my dog! They tell you when you move in that you can specify that you don't want them coming into the home with out notice yet it took 4 phone calls and 2 emails later for then to follow there own policy when it comes to my home. I paid for an updated unit. The countertops were installed improperly the the walls were all chipped. the cut out of the sink was too big that the sink kept moving causing the plumbing to disconnect which destroyed all of my things under the sink. The supposedly cleaned the apartment Complex before move in yet when I moved it the closet doors where full of black cat hair. Landlord special. So much for an updated apartment. The carpet was ripped on corners and the tack straps where all sticking out. The maintenance guy just said "nothing we can do just hammer them in" then every time I'd talk to the office they always had attitude. I tried really hard to be nice to them but my final straw was stuff being stolen from my porch and car. When talked to the office they didn't even care. They have a sign that says there's cameras but when I called to report the theft they said they don't have cameras. So they lied one way or another. When I moved out I took extra time to make sure the apartment was ready for next tenants we cleaned the apartment with professional machinery and even repainted the walls and the cabinets with the colors they chose we even shampooed the carpet with pet solution. This is a 1 bedroom apartment 60sy and they want to charge me $800 to replace the carpet because i had a dog??? Are you kidding me. Whats the pet deposit for! Then want to threatened me saying it will go to collections. I took pictures of everything! The carpet is in good condition.
