“The general consensus among many consumer that have bad service and poor attitude are common among many businesses. I had the opportunity to experience just the opposite of such commonality with GenScripts Pharmacy on 41st and Hudson in Tulsa. I was experiencing anxiety as I accidentally took a double dose of a certain medication and I needed advice from a pharmacist. First, I called the corner drug store that I purchased the medication from, but the recorded messages kept advising me on everything except what I needed to speak to a pharmacist. After my anxiety combined with my frustration forced me to remember GenScripts, as I have purchased other medication from them. In less than 2 minutes a pharmacist was on the phone and sounding courteous. I can sense her willingness to listen while understandably being busy with other clients. I stated my case and the name of the medication I took, she clarified the matter for me in about 40 seconds and assured me that I will live. She took away my anxiety, frustration, in exchange of nothing. GenScripts, does not preach customer service, they practice it. The pharmacist that rescued me is Courtney. Thank you again Courtney.”

The store manager contacted me almost immediately. I received a call from him, seeking clarification and apologizing again. He assured me that steps were being taken to address the employees behavior and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
What impressed me most about the store manager’s handling of the situation with his genuine concern and willingness to listen to my feedback. He made it clear that he valued customer satisfaction and was committed to providing a positive shopping experience for all.
His actions have restored my faith and Sam’s Club moving forward. I hope this never happens to any other customers again.

I recently had a truly disheartening experience at the Tulsa Hills location. While attempting to use a self-checkout machine that was clearly malfunctioning, I approached an older blonde-haired associate to help me process my transaction, who, instead of offering assistance, was extremely rude and questioned my ability to read.
The machine displayed 'Return scanner to holder' when it was already sitting. I removed and replaced the scanner, but the machine would not print my receipt. I attempted to fix the problem myself before tracking her down again after my card would not scan moments earlier; instead of offering to help, she asked me, 'Do you know how to read?'
I was so stunned- what if I did not know how to read? Truly disgusting comment.
Sam's Club should prioritize training their associates to provide helpful and respectful customer service. I spoke to a supervisor via the phone once left the store- she was apologetic. Despite that, this experience has left me questioning my future membership with the store after 20 years.”
“Well… I like to go to Walmart from 1872 Rt. 88 brick, nj. 08723 I feel good doing food shopping there, Because, I know almost everybody. “Getting gas was fairly fast not much waiting. I did enjoy the extra long gas hoses. It doesn't matter what side the gas cap is on. It will reach the other side if you drove up on the wrong side. The gas is cheaper here if you are a member”

Whenever I talk to them either on the phone or in person they have me feeling like I'm the governor or something. Do you know that they talked to me like I was a human being, worth something? In today's world it's hard to even get a live person on the other end let alone someone who is so gracious & accommodating as the entire staff at T Roy Barnes Drugry. To say I was impressed would be the understatement of the year! You guys are a damn sight better than literally every other pharmacy in T-Town. Bravo! “The Prices are best in area always, but the design of the station is terrible. Should have been built with more space for the amount of vehicles that get fuel. Always….Always…..Always, design a gas station with an entrance AND an exit driveway, otherwise you get nothing but traffic jams with only one way in and the same way out. Through a series of unacceptable shipping practices from Stephenson Cancer Center in OKC, I began looking for a local Pharmacy for his Chemo medication. Dr Luke took my tear filled call and started getting us taken care of. When chemo stopped working in Aug 2022, we found a clinical trial in Feb 2023. Our local oncologist said insurance would not approve the trial meds. But Dr Luke fought hard for us and got them approved. Sadly the trial did not work but I am forever grateful for Dr Luke fighting hard for us! God Bless you Dr. Luke! ?”

There are times I run out of my meds because they are closed on weekends. Then I have to wait, and then get my body reuse to my meds when I get the new prescription. It's just annoying. ? Other then these 2 small complaints I'd recommend them to anyone!”
