“Thank you, Ginger and the staff of Tulsa Hills Southern Agriculture! I am on crutches as I recover from a foot injury and find the simplest activities are now mobility challenges. This was never more true than yesterday when it was time for my cat’s booster immunizations. I contacted the store to request assistance with transporting my pet’s carrier into and out of the store, and the staff went above and beyond to address my circumstances. Not only did an associate come to my car, before and after the walk-in clinic, they also provided a chair for me to sit in while I waited for my turn. They carried my pet every step of the way, making my experience easier and safer for me. Their kindness and patience is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be a future customer.”

“Window shopping until I am ready for a beta. What a spectacular store! Best Petco I've been to and I've done some traveling from California to South Carolina. A large assortment of fish and supplies. Two adorable kittens were available for new homes and you could tell their care was loving. Plenty of stocked items (I walked the whole store) and everything was clean and organized. There were cute budgies that were well cared for. Employees were very helpful.”

“I used the Vetco @ Petco at 93rd & Riverside. They were great! I was a little early & they took me as soon as they could. The Vet & her helpers were sweet to my routy 5 mo. old pup. I talked about his diet w/ the vet & I learned dogs should NOT eat grapes, onions or garlic because it's bad for their liver & apples & carrots are great snacks. All his vaccines ended up being about $150. He was pretty low key for a couple of days with a little fever but I was told that was normal. All well now.
We picked up some toys & jacket. Good day & very quick. ?❤️ ? ❤️?”

MY MOM SUFFERS FROM ARTHRITIS. I BOUGHT HER A STUFFED TEDDY BEAR THAT YOU HEAT IN THE MICROWAVE AND STICK YOUR HANDS INSIDE TO SOOTHE THE PAIN. IT WAS $39.99 THERES SO MUCH MORE. “OMG!! I couldn't get my little dog Rocky to eat anything!!! The Wonderful girl (darker hair, kind of short haired) sorry can't remember her name, she deserves a HUGE raise!! Anyway, I told her all about him. She was SO patient and kind!! She took the time to help me and go over what I said he liked and didn't seem to like. Bravo!! She found exactly the thing he would eat. Now he eats! Can't believe he's eating every meal! I'm no longer stressing out! Thank you so VERY MUCH!! LOVE PetSmart at Tulsa Hills!! This is a city run shelter and there far too many dogs & cats that need homes - but the people there are saints and doing their best!
When my husband went there it was clean and the people were all upbeat and helpful. Did the girl type my name in wrong ? Sure - but who cares??
We adopted a beautiful little pup and she had kennel cough when we got her. They acknowledged it and gave us all the meds we need to clear it up.
Are some of the dogs sick ? Yes - but these are STRAYS or mistreated dogs by the dirt bags of the world. And they are GIVING these dogs away with all the shots they should have, spayed & neutered and microchipped. If you cant take responsibly for a dog once you get it - don’t get one PLEASE! Our little Layla below - we could not be happier with her !!”
