I called in to see if they had a bed cover for my truck. They didn't have it but were able to order one and get it in the next day. They installed the cover quickly and the installers and office staff were very nice. I will be going back if I need any other accessories in the future.

Very poor work done on my chrysler 300 when they got through the hitch was literally 2 inches off ground could not pull
my trailer I told what I need they failed miserable never ever go back to them

Good and bad experience. Nice people to work with on the order and selection. The installation crew could do better, on wiring & handing off everything from the install.Great service and quick turnaround in options, locating the front & rear off-road bumper and scheduling including light bar & cube lights.Install of bumpers and return of takeoff parts was good, no issues.Install of wiring for added lights fell short! The newly installed wiring was run under the truck without any wire loom and not laid well or tucked/ zip tied, connections were simple butt connectors. Did not use wire harness that came with lights as was doing a 8 gang controller. Would not recommend their install team for wiring/lighting, leaving wires exposed to elements is poor & cheap workmanship for the $200 install.Additionally they disconnected and trashed an existing wire harness (in loom) that I had instructed to leave in place. After I was home I discovered the my missing wire harness and six other things that should have come with the new lights I purchased (icon stickers for the switch gang, light covers, harness, vibration dampers, etc.). They did send me the missing items, except my original wire harness, that was a “sorry and let’s just move on” as they had thrown it out.

I highly recommend the team at Performance Truck Outfitters. They recently installed a new hitch, 4-pin and 7-pin trailer sockets and a proportional brake control on my 2023 F150. Easy to do business and installation looks great!

Just got my 2018 Toyota Tacoma lifted and put some new wheels and tires along with steps !!!! Chase took his time out to make sure the job got done ASAP took less than a week for orders and 1 day install !! If you need work done would highly recommend them
