Customer service is amazin. Staff is so proactive and willing to help. They really go above and beyond, it does not really feel they are trying to sell you anything, it feels like someone you donot know is genuinely trying to help you. I hate that I did not ask for the name of the guy that helped me, or he probably mentioned it and I forgot but I was here on a Wednesday night and the guy that helped me was trully amazing. He helped me add oil to my car and ran a scan for a code I had on my car, the computer did not bring up anything for the code I guess that it was not familiar with the code so he looked up on youtube what the issue was and what possible fixes were available. He was great. I would come back for all my car parts and appliances. I will sure recomrnd O'reilly to all my friends and family.

Went in to replace a Walmart branded "neverstart" battery. Tate got me hooked up after trying to get the stupid thing charged. Thanks Tate!
