Juan the manager that works there is one of the best people I have had the pleasure to talk to wented above and beyond I appreciate u cause the other o rellys solded me the wrong part they lied said it was then was trying to argue about it saying it was to get me out of there came here looked up the right part and made it right thanks Juan

Never been to a place that was so poorly run and was ignored for the first 20 minutesI was there. I work for a large company, and when I tried to get some gloves, they acted like I was trying to steal from them because of a discount. Go to Advanced, they actually have better prices and don't treat you like this.

Completely unprofessional, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced my entire life not only is the lack of professionalism extremely eminent as soon as you walk in by people be more attentive to their cell phones, but more so the way they are to any customer (dismissive as if they had better things to do with their time) in the store. On top of that I’m trying to resolve an issue with Wendy who i am assuming is the manager is was just flat out rude, and didn’t even listen to a word that I was saying. This store is the epitome of what happens when you have terrible management I will never be using O’Reillys because the experience was that bad!

Whenever placing a call to the Admiral and Sheridan location. They answer and always ask to put you on hold while checking out a customer that's in front of them, but they never return back to the customer on the phone. They either let the customer stay on hold with the intentions on not returning or they will hang the customer up. But upon calling back, they will pickup and hangup the phone. Sometimes, they will pickup and automatically put you on hold without saying a word. It's always the young latino's that's doing it. It's very highly unprofessional and ignorant of them, not to mention, rude as hell. If this keeps up, I will report this further, also take my business and my customer base cliental to another part house.

Bought 5qt of oil and grabbed 5W-30 had to exchange it for 5W-20 I never heard of 5W-20!!!! Car go beep beep!!!! LoL

I've been to so many stores looking for a part nobody seems to have but says they got it. Alan helped me out amazingly ?? he did everything he can to try to help me find a part similar to what I need even though they didn't have it I give him props for great customer service ??

I couldn't find spray paint anywhere. Then I thought about car part stores that have paint so I went and sure enough they had the spray paint in several colors. Thank you O'Reilly's!!
