Charge you $47 a month JUST to be able to have their services. So it cost almost $600 a year before they even start calculating your gas usage. They are made up "junk fees" that should be their problem, but they don't care about their customers and want more and more money. I went almost fully electric because their prices are so high, and my bill was still insanely high. The representative told me on the phone that they just raise the prices because "they have to".This is a government monopoly, folks. It's only legal for the government to do this. Typical

Horrible system. I got booted out of the directory 3 times. Before one of their extremely enthusiastic employees told me I can't have my phone on speaker. Wth!?!?!

I get my cng/ngv gas here. I love that it's only $1.10 / gallon I can fill my tank up for under $10 and that's why I love having a CNG vehicle.

Be careful when you do business with them. I moved, set up a transfer request successfully, and they never sent me a bill and then threatened to shut my new services off. No mail, no email, no phone call. I was one day away from loosing services thanks to them and no one ever said a thing to me about my bill.

I’ve had problems with this company at the get go. I called many times before I moved in my apartment to make sure they put the bill in my name and they didn’t. So now I have a statement fee of $50 owed to the complex.

Horrible company to work with. They aren’t flexible with people with 8-5 work schedules. They don’t do weekend or after 5 appointments. And don’t wait even 2 minutes for you to arrive to turn the gas on. Plus charge $25 for a missed appointment. Also wouldn’t turn on my gas for two days because the previous tenant didn’t pay their bill (how is that my problem?) Garbage and would never recommend. You would think greedy oil companies would at least want people to support them by providing flexibility and good customer service but that’s not what they do.
