The worst auto loan underwriter, a young lady, any business would hire, treated us as if we were her slaves. It was 2 years ago, we went there to pay some of our auto loans. She thought I didn’t know English, but I only knew how she behaved badly with us as customers. One of the worst local banks ever for us.

Everyone has been friendly and welcoming, whether in person or on the phone. The services I most appreciate are online bill paying, mobile deposits, and mobile money transfers. I’d definitely recommend OCCU!
