Very helpful and knowledgeable workers. Great customer service. Arrived at closing time not knowing exactly what kind of ink cartridge I needed for my printer but was helped and allowed to shop without feeling rushed.

My printer broke and I needed to print off a page from my jump drive, right as they were closing for the day, so I asked the salesman at the door where I might go nearby to print? He told me it was okay for me to come in, that it was no problem. Steve is this man's name and he is the real, old fashioned, friendly, honest, gentleman that you can trust with all of your office needs. He walked me through the "self printing" because I prefer a live human being helping me. He even asked for my name and said he hoped to see me again if I needed any help. I thanked him and told him I would be back to buy a new printer soon. I really hadn't shopped at Office Depot much before, but I will now. He didnt have to stay open 5 more minutes for me, but he did. He deserves a raise for his outstanding customer service. If you need any office supplies, go by the 14th and Lewis Office Depot and find Steve. He'll help you and you'll be in good hands!

Prompt, efficient, & professional service by Rachel in the Print & Copy Center! She has an excellent positive & customer-service oriented demeanor! It was GREAT working with her. She was knowledgeable about various item locations in the store. Her helpfulness is greatly appreciated!

Ordered an air purifier to be delivered on Friday. It didn't make it. I called to see if I could pick it up instead. Nobody answers and when they do they hang up on me. Finally got ahold of customer service. No English. Do texting...they told me they never had it! What a joke! No wonder they are going out of business
