We went into the dealership with an idea of what we wanted but struggled finding the exact suv that fit what we had in mind. Noah H. Smith was not only fully knowledgeable and informative but spent several trips on the lot to make sure we saw everything that was available that we might be interested In. He himself drove a Mazda which makes his recommendation have weight. Highly recommend Noah to consult with you about any considerations you have for new/used or upgrading your vehicle! I brought a 2016 Honda Crv 01-22-24 Nelson had the best price in Tulsa for a low mileage CRV. John Kite was my sale advisor was he was awesome. If you need a car go see John Kite he speaks from The heart and tells the truth. He truly looks out for your best interest. I've been to a lot of dealerships and John made everything so easy and smooth when I was so overwhelmed and stressed. He took his time with all the questions I had with pure patience and kindness. I am a loyal Mazda owner and my latest experience just cemented that loyalty. I am a 100percent disabled veteran. The heater core went out on my car and Mazda covered all but $517 saving me big bucks. Thanks Mazda and Nelson Mazda of Tulsa.

This Place is Awesome, my first time buying a car and they made it super easy. Máté the Salesman helping me was super nice and walked me through the process super smoothly. He made a lot of suggestions that fit my preferences and I ended up getting the Car I really wanted! And needless to say I am super happy and Thrilled to have a new car. I Would definitely recommend this Dealership and Máté to anyone going to buy a new to them Car and would definitely recommend it to first time buyers.

I just bought my first Mazda. Nelson Mazda is an amazing establishment. Everyone there is exceptional. From the moment we walked through the door it became about us and our needs.We were blessed to have been paired with Andrew and he is incredible. He took the time to get to know me, my taste, what I was wanting and needing. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond on his care.As long as he is in the car business, he is the only person I will purchase a vehicle from.

I did a lot of research to find a car dealership that would be honest and fair. I found a nice, first car for my daughter, drove it less than 25 miles and the check engine light came on. The heater core needed to be replaced. It was outside the 3 days, but only because I didn't drive it until I had insurance on it. They technically didn't have to, but they took care of me. As a single mom, raising two teenagers on my own with no help...that...means...a lot. Thank you for being honest and fair.

When I read the reviews here, I felt like my husband wasn't treated like everyone else. I voiced that concern without meeting them and they replied to that by making him feel like they went above and beyond for him. I'm very happy with the encounter we had while he was trading his truck for the car HE wanted. They were very polite and answered any questions we had. Thank you Jonathon and Tom. I know we are picky but a vehicle is very important to actually like. They were able to get us EXACTLY what he wanted. I hope the truck gets a good owner. That truck is a gem. It was like part of our family. It will serve someone VERY well.

Update: I really appreciate Matt reaching out to apologize for misunderstanding and come to a resolution.*I had our family car serviced twice, and in those 2 occasion they never top off my coolant - even have to mention before service to please check the coolant as it wasn't done the first service, a guy came to us and told us that its completely normal to have the coolant at that level as it goes up and down and he can top it off IF I WANT TO, I told him that I'd appreciate it since we live 2 hrs from the place and wouldn't want any trouble along the way and that my wife uses the car mostly for work and also I would want to buy a coolant for future use.(its not our first time owning a car and i think when it says LOW or below LOW it needs topping off without question)He said they'll sent a video of the service and that has NO recomendation for it.We got the car from the parking area and had a carwash for free as part of the service and went to costco. Then I checked under the hood, oil was OK. Washer fluid wasn't at the same level as what was shown in the video. Coolant untouched still at LOW level. Called the service and actually spoke with my service advisor asked if we can bring it back to have it top off, and he told me "absolutely" and that he didn't at first because he heard I said NO when he asked me if I wanted to, and that I would do it myself since I bought a coolant.I apologised because i didn't like the feeling of bothering someone to do it and just want to have it done without drama.drove back - he took the car in and topped off.Though I appreciate them being nice and approachable. These are what I think are some opportunities:1. I really feel sorry that I have to ask for a top off fluids when they should have done it in the first place during the inspection.2. Could have done better service if someone will actually show you under the hood that all fluids are at good level after service rather than just handing over a checklist and car keys.

I understand the philosophy here. They have a sales process and don't negotiate. I get it. The problem with the process, it doesn't focus on the customer. It focuses on the process. I went in today with limited time and an agenda. The sales rep wanted to put me HIS process. If I'm going to spend money on a product, I care about MY process. It took a long time but I finally got to drive the car. I liked it. It's a good car.****Update: We did get a call from the Asst Sales Manager who apologized for this experience. He recognized the need to communicate flexibility within their sales process. I appreciated this and for that reason have upgraded to three stars. Since no decision has been made on the car, we will try to have an open mind since they were able to express humility and ownership.

I live in NJ. I JUST PURCHASED A Mazda Miata. My salesperson was Aemon. This was the single greatest experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. So much so, I will NEVER buy another car in NJ. Aemon, my salesperson was outstanding. He was pleasant, totally transparent, no games and HONEST! Buying a vehicle made simple by a great dealership and great people like Aemon who work at the dealership. They deserve 10 stars. I asked if they have a Honda dealership so I can buy another vehicle from them. Sadly they don’t have a Honda dealership. If they did, I would buy from them.

Wonderful experience with David. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not overbearing at all. He made the buying experience very pleasant. The dealership is very clean with a nice friendly environment. The young lady with the short hair at the front has a wonderful attitude and was constantly finding something to do. I would recommend Tulsa Mazda and David.

Best place to take your car for ANYTHING!! Sold my car and got a new one yesterday and Justin was THE MAN!! I’m only 22, so the whole buying a car process is brand new to me. But Justin was informative and supportive and knowledgeable!! Helped me find my 2016 Jeep Patriot. I will probably ONLY be doing business here from now on. Selah is super sweet and Shelby was great help as well. Thank you guys!!
