This Woodland Hills location use to be great with customer service & follow up. It has been almost 3 months since I placed an order & still have not received. Went in person during Nov and placed order. Never heard anything then followed up in Dec when I was told thier vendor hasn't return calls --- aka they forgot to place the order. Now Feb and half a dozen calls to the store telling me they will follow up and call me right back which they never call back. I would give zero stars if an option. On the opposite side, the Utica Square location is exceptional with great employees and customer service. UTICA SQUARE 5STARS Woodland Hills 1 Star

My Fiancé and I came to this Moodys over the weekend and we were helped by Collette. She was amazing! She listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time by bringing us things that didn't fit within our budget or match our style. She was so gracious and made the experience a lot better for me, as I had never been to a jewelry store and was nervous. Highly recommended her!

I had never been here before and didn’t know too much about buying jewelry but Michael was SO incredibly helpful!! He was patient and kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I will 100% be coming back solely to be able to work with Michael again! He was lovely! Great experience and beautiful ring!

We all have can have crazy schedules or events going on in our lives and that is what happened to me, missed out on one of the inspections for my wife's wedding ring and band. I have been a customer of Moody's for over 17 years and now they are saying because of that one miss the rings warranty is now null and void. I was planning on picking up something nice for our 15th year wedding anniversary this year and 20th is around the corner. But I guess that is a moot point now, I will be looking at the national chains or online from now on.
