Derrik has a HORRIBLE attitude, that is when he’s actually there. He’s very condescending

I met Derrick back when he worked on Garnett. I followed him to Peoria. I love how he helped me then and still today he helps me. The bank on Peoria is a great one to bank at. I love the people there.

Worst bank ever... They are not personable, they are unorganized and horrible at communicating! I do not recommend!

not sure what these other folks are speaking to or on; but i am as honest as they come. i signed up for midfirst because a friend of mine worked here. i was paid $300 to sign up and refer a friend as a part of a promotion. never in my life have i had a bank offer up such a deal. then, i continued banking here without any biases for the last year. i hated their parking lots. still do. their customer service, however, will cause me to drive to their location during THEIR operating hours. no phone calls. no telebanking. they are real people who are interested in helping you. they are pleasant and efficient at their jobs. i’ve only ever had pleasant experiences with them, from rerouting my direct deposit when i made the mistake of typing it in wrong without me even asking, and any other issue i’ve ever had is squashed in minutes. what more could you ask from any business, let alone a bank? thanks midfirst!

Had my account since last April, got charged $24 which is alot to me as a monthly charge for transferring my money from saving to checking. Been doing this the entire time ive had my account. When I called Molly was very matter of fact, telling me I should have read it when I got my account and basically oh well. They could have offered to refund the fees this one time. Im struggling too, this comes at a horrible time. Maybe time to look at a more caring bank
