I entered the store two workers and they were assisting a customer I stood for 8 minutes before even being acknowleged. The female worker never said a word went to the back while texting on her phone and shut the door. The male worker finally said the first words to me and asked he could help me. He asked if he could get my account number from another carrier and and called them for the information cause I didn't know it. I was on hold for 17 minutes with the other company. ..but while I was waiting a white man came in and was acknowleged right away. I left not wanting to ever deal with this company and there unprofessional people again and suggest if you are a black person never deal with this company again either.

The cost in-store is double the online prices. It is much higher than other comparable stores in the same network, too—even some less than 10 miles away. Definitely look elsewhere.

Terrible service, given false information to start off with and they totally had gotten everything wrong in setting up 2 different accounts along with not rectifying the problem and it is still not fixed. I would suggest going to another store in getting anything done for your account.

I don't usually write reviews, especially not bad ones, but I just had to this time. I've been with the company for years now. The service is good. I have unlimited everything and it works pretty good. However, recently, I've been trying to get a new phone and it hasn't been the smoothest transaction. So, I went to Metro TWO MONTHS ago trying to get the iPhone 11. I applied for credit EVEN THOUGH I DONT HAVE A CREDIT CARD because THE PERSON THAT WAS HELPING ME OUT said that it was okay and that his brother had done it and he was fine. Little did I know THIS MESSES UP YOUR CREDIT. Anyway, I got approved for $1500, but he forgot to tell me that THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PHONE IN STOCK. I was trying to be a good customer and not be mad about it because I work in retail and I know how annoying it can be. I asked him about how long it would take for an 11 to get in; he called someone and that person said a week, so I waited A WEEK. However, the person DIDNT tell me that the approval would expire in A WEEK. So, I called a little after a week of my approval asking if the phone had arrived and the phone was still unavailable. It had been a littlest under a month and they FINALLY had one in stock. I went to the store as soon as possible to buy the phone. That is when he told me that MY APPROVAL HAD EXPIRED. I told him if I could reapply he said yes, SO I REAPPLIED and only got $300 so he told me that I would have to wait a month. I was like well I only need $700 so can I just come back in two- three weeks. He said yes and that he would SET THE PHONE ASIDE SO I COULD PURCHASE IT WHEN I WANTED. Today, I walked in ready to purchase it (keep in mind its been two months now because I decided to wait that extra week) and the phone that I was promised HAD BEEN SOLD and there WERENT anymore in stock. Now, the people that were helping me were being kind, dont get me wrong, yet the way they were handling the situation wasn't the best. I'm irritated about the credit because now I have to fix it and Im mad about the fact that the phone hasn't been available for TWO MONTHS. My family and me are really thinking about switching to another server because this is just unacceptable.

When I signed on and finally got my free phone after the clerks argued with me with my cousins and lied multiple times to confuse me on my choice of phone. They will show you phones they have in stock right in front of you in package but then say they don't have that phone. Smh. All so they can get rid of the cheapest phones while you pay full price for service. Rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate of the consumers time. Made slightly rude comments about names and mockingly joked about my mixed race family. Pos service! Don't go here!!!!
