My husband went to get a line for my step daughters phone. For whatever reason, the lady at this store decided to program the SIM card to my husbands phones IMEI instead (his phone has a line with a different carrier). The lady refused to fix it and made him pay for that SIM card AND another one to get it on the correct phone. Super bad service. DONT COME HERE!

This is seriously the worst metro I have ever been to. And I have been with metro for 8 years.. so I have been to alot of them. They are just out to rip everyone off . No help at all. . Go to a different location.

We came to metro to switch phones and the woman gave us the ugliest attitude. She wasn’t trying to help us at all we’ve gone before to switch phones no problem but with her we just couldn’t. She wouldn’t even try to help us. We had to go to a different metro and switched phones there with ease.

This company and their staff is so unprofessional and rude. They have no clue what their doing, I've been to multiple stores and they hardly know how to use their computer and if you ask them a question or to explain something they act as if its the hardest thing in the world with a rude attitude. The elderly latina lady with black hair is the worst, she is rude, conceited, and acts like a child such a ugly person! Glad we are changing services and being done with Metro!

Very uninviting, stepped in to buy a phone because one broke I have four phones & a tablet with Metro on the same account and I felt like I was suspicious. I don't know why? I hate to say it because some people misuse this but I got a feeling it was because I was black customer service was the bare minimum the heavyset woman working was on a phone just looking more so like a friend visiting a friend that works there type of vibe. When he came to show me the phone that I was interested in he stood with his back blocking the door and then handed me the phone I assume so I couldn't run never had any intentions on running LOL I'm proud of Tulsa Oklahoma business owner but I should have to say all of that. They are just really unprofessional and poor customer service I'm assuming it would be better if you are Mexican and not black and Puerto Rican. So I decided to take my business elsewhere instead of giving them my hard earned $300 some dollars forthe phone.

came in store today had problems with my phone three guys in there with three Latino men, in there and they told me that they don't fix phones and I got the phone that I had service there I just want them to help me and listen they couldn't help me they told me I have a nice day and bye and they don't fix phones really when I have a service over 2 years so I left I was upset because I didn't know how to fix my phone and last time they helped me the one on Sheridan so you can't tell yes you don't fix their phones when you have service there he said he couldn't help me, that I'm not going to that store no more on Pine and Harvard. I live and I went to the one on Lewis and Pine I told them was the guys told me at the other store and they said they should have helped me they didn't but he helped me great customer service I'm fine anyways I'll be going back to that store from now on.

The manager was the one who worked with us to get our new upgraded phones. He was very polite and on it with everything that was going on. The store was clean and everything was in its place.

AMAZING !! This store and employees beat any metro.store in Tulsa that I have seen In the 6 years with metro. If you could get all.employeed to.greet and help your customers. Diego would be the top choice . Pamela mcknight

Went in there to pay my phone bill and buy a fast charger and cord and got completely ripped off and the charger that I bought wasn't even a fast charger like they advertised and everything you buy is non-refundable. Everyone just shop at Walmart for your accessories
