Geovani from the 31st Garnett store was very helpful with me and helped me fix my problem that I had on my bill. He got it fixed immediately, as to the other stores I went to didn't want to help me at all. Very helpful and respectful. Excellent customer service! Recommend this location and Geovani to help!

Bad very bad. I recommend that if you are going to make a purchase you see what they charge, I went to change lines, I changed to the metro because of the promotion they had, you left your phone and they gave you one for free and you would only pay 25 a month, the person who was There it said that the phone protector and screen protector were free. and the first month they gave me free insurance and the friend charged me 135 dollars I asked him for the payment receipt and he said that they did not have ink to print, that it would arrive by mail and until today I have not received anything, I spoke to customer service and he told me I had to go to the store, I realized that they didn't have ink, that they didn't know about and they haven't solved anything for me. I recommend that if they do not give you proof of payment, do not pay or go to another store, because THEY ARE BANDITS THERE AND THEY STEAL FROM YOU. The store is at 31st and Garnet Tulsa ok

They over charged me $70 and neither of my phones work. They told me 30 minutes and they would work but 45 minutes later and nothing. This is after being at the store for an hour and a half. Frustrating!

31st and 129th Metro. Second time being there. Not open during business hours that are clearly stated on door. Late opening one first time and a sign saying be back in 5. I waited 10.
