We had a promise with a shattered phone. We went to Walmart, and the guy there messed around for 40 minutes ( clueless), so we went to the metro store nearby. The T moble technician that's assisted us quickly, and we were very happy with the service

Literally porting over, I asked about the promotions and long story short the “district manager” at this location in the girl working there quoted me “less then 300” for the phone 12 when porting over lmaoo ? I was like what’s the “deal promotion” on that. So then I went to the one on Sheridan down the road in was 189.00$ out the door with the port over!! So long story short don’t let this store scam you for more money!!! Literally disgusting how I said I don’t want any hidden fees or any bundle deals in they still did that, not knowing I knew how they work in mentioned that to them multiple times!!! So guys if you need a phone go to the one on Sheridan NOT ADMIRAL!

We tried going over here to get my friend. A new phone and sat outside for about a half an hour. Waiting for them to open the doors. Even one of the employees was sitting outside waiting for somebody to come with a key to open the store. Apparently they don't care about doing business there. I would stay away. Go to the other store office Sheridan. Less than a mile away the girl there is fantastic.

Terrible service yesterday I bought a new unlocked phone so I could always use my same number but it turns out that I couldn't until I went to the store and for helping me with that they charged me 47 dollars... I think that is unfair, then I gave him the phone that I was using my wife and when we insert the SIM it doesn't mean that we have to go to the store again and pay another 47 dollars, that I think is a theft considering that the phones were bought in the metro store ?☹️

Not this store or any in particular but this is definitely the worst service I've ever had. Most my bad experience comes from the incompetent customer service representatives. I've been trying to get the acp discount applied to my phone bill for over 2 months. There's always an issue on metro pcs part. National verifier says I was good to go, but for some reason metro has trouble figuring out. I've made countless and stressful phone calls over the past 2 month only for nothing to be accomplished. I would never recommend this service provider. I will be making changes to my service provider real soon.

Counter representative gave me the run around, said that I needed to call Customer service to fix a problem that Customer Service said that Customer Service INSIDE THE STORE is supposed to fix..UGH!

I had a good experience here they were very helpful quick service and accurate... I lost my phone and they were able to find me a phone for a reasonable price... with that phone I was able to track the phone down that I lost very good service thank you
