Customer service service is awful. Been to this store 3 times because it's closest to home fore me. They have never helped me once. They always send me to another location because they don't want to do anything. Happened today 3/30/24 for the 3rd time.

This was an amazing store when Brandon was there. He was always so helpful! One lady was new and she was awesome, she did her best to help me!! The lady that was training her she has bad customer service, it’s like she could care less about helping anyone. I’ll be contacting corporate about this..

Went in to see why my phone was messed up to be told that it's a malfunction in my phone itself and that they would replace for free if my screen wasn't broken which literally happened days before going in the store and I don't have the money to fix or replace my phone so I'm stuck with a half working phone which is just amazing ha not!
