“Went to inquire about renting a scooter for my spouse. They recommended a certain type of one, ordered it, and had it ready for us to use. Had it for 15 days used multiple times going up and down hills with no issues and returned with a full charge. Very stable, heavy duty, and above all so easy to load and unload by one person,( granted you can take it apart easily). The people there were so compassionate, understanding kind and thoughtful. When we decide to purchase one, we will definitely go back. Highly recommend them.”

“The strap attached to the buckle for my ResMed Headgear For AirFit Nasal Pillow P10 had broken off. Yesterday, I called Tulsa Lincare and spoke with Brandon. He said, it was too soon to order another headgear piece as insurance wouldn't pay for it, but they had a spare headgear strap they could send to me. I've been without my CPAP unit for several days in the past and it was like walking around in a fog. Today I received the new replacement strap in the mail. “Just noticed several of the tanks we received did not have the seal attached. We will test each one to determine if they have oxygen or not. They weight slightly more than the one tank we know is empty. Hope we were not delivered two empty tanks!”
