STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Went in with my husband and our overall experience was bad!!!! Our salesman, Rod (Rodrigo), left us and we weren't able to find him for about half an hour. This was red flag #1...my husband and I should have walked out. My husband had to ask another salesman, who happens to be one of Rod's bosses, to call Rod to come back to assist us. After finding what we wanted, all Rod talked about was how important it was for us to get the protection plan/warranty and treatment kit for our sectional. I've done my research and saw numerous comments from customers about run arounds when it comes to these warranties or protection plans, so we told Rod we weren't interested. After everything was said and done, our sectional, advertised for $2300 (yes, we got the membership price, which we paid $139 for) was magically $3100, and we have to wait 8-12 weeks for this sectional to be delivered. My husband and I decided to apply for their "in store credit card," since that price was pricier than expected. When the application prompt for monthly income, Rod said "Put the monthly income of both you and your husband on there." We were approved, but after completing the transaction, we found out, from Rod, that the line of credit was only under me, although it was both my husband and I's income combined on the application. He said if my husband wants to use the line of credit, my husband would have to apply for his own...red flag number 2! After reviewing our invoice, we noticed that a treatment kit and the protection plan were added on there, without our knowledge, this was RED FLAG #3! Deliver is also NOT free! All in all, we decided we didn't want the order anymore. I tried to canceled my order, but was told that if I want to cancel my order, I would have to pay the 40% down on the sectional, since I applied for their in store credit card (which can only be use in their store). We decided to keep our sectional, since we will be out 40%, but I mentioned my concerns to the sales manager, and he was able to remove the additional charges for us. Overall, I would advise everyone to take your business elsewhere, because, at the end of the day, you'll get a lot of run arounds and a lot of sorry we cannot do that.

Jayden was awesome! When we walked in it felt like we were judged on our appearance by the sales reps, however Jayden came up to us and helped us find exactly what we needed. He gave us time to look and didn’t hover. When we were ready with our choice he took the time to walk us through the process and explain the add ons and even got us to get a gaming top for the table we chose. I can see why he’s part of the million dollar club. You need more like him. Thanks again!

We have purchased from MBH for 20 years, sizeable purchases. We have been very satisfied, even if there were issues they got worked out.
Prices are great and some very trendy and posh drsigns. Easy to fall in love with designs. Quality isn't what it was decades ago on base designs but they do get what is offered.
If it's budget you need, they can help. If it's designer you desire they have the largest selections with custom fabrics, they can fix you up.

Purchased a sectional along with delivery it
arrived broken, waited a week the second one came broke as well. . Unfortunately I paid cash and it took almost a month to receive my refund. Buyer beware.

He was such a kind young man and very, very respectful! He took the time to follow me around putting things together and matching things up. He made sure that everything went smoothly for me while I checking out leave, he stayed there with me until everything was final. Very sweet!!

"We have pulled your account and someone will reach out to you personally to assist further." Was the response we received over a week ago regarding the issue we have been trying to straighten out for weeks now. DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM MATHIS, IT IS A 3RD PARTY CO, THIS WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO YOU. You will be told that purchasing that warranty will help you get a new replacement totally hassle-free, no questions asked. None of those things are true. I suspect there will be a comment from the Mathis (owner) running this account, please don't. Just fix the issue and honor what was promised when your salesperson swiped my husband's card. Thanks.

I was in a hurry. Based on past visits (3 +/- yrs ago) I went inside expecting to be approached immediately by a sales person to which I could ask my question. I went through the front door & looked around for a sales person standing there. There were none, or maybe there was. I saw a small desk/counter off to my right (right beside the front door) with 2 people, a man & a woman) sitting there talking amongst themselves. Thinking I had found the sales persons I excused myself for interrupting, since i hadnt been greeted or even acknowledged as i stood there & proceeded to ask my question, to see if they had a certain type of bed. They both looked at with a blank look on their faces & told me they didn't know, that I would have to ask a sales person. Well, talk about an uncomfortable silence as i was quite frustrated, & as the questions ran through my mind. So, if they weren't sales persons & obviously they werent greeters, why were they there?...What was their job/reason for being there? They were the only people by the front door. Eventually a sales person did show up & I asked them my question. I'm rather glad they didn't have what I was looking for because by that time my frustration turned to irritation & I was not really wanting to do business with them anyway.
