Wanted to see a pair of earrings in the jewelry case. Had to flag down an employee even though there was one at the counter. They just didn't acknowledge I was there. The employee shows me the earrings by placing them on the glass counter. I held it to get a better look and feel but she rudely snatched it out of my hands as if I'm a criminal. I've never had this horrible experience, even at high end retail stores. I told her I didn't want it because she's being extremely rude. I paid for the pair of shoes I picked out earlier and left otherwise I wouldn't even have bothered to buy anything for the lack in customer service and courtesy experience. I called and reported the incident with management but they too were rude and didn't take me seriously.

We enjoy shopping at this store. We had not been in a long time and it had a great selection. The staff is friendly & returns are quick.

I like the store, however the bathroom area definitely needs work. The hall and bathroom doors are so dirty. I would think they could clean them up and make the ladies room a little nicer. It takes a lot away from the shopping experience.

We asked one associate where we would find the item that we were looking for. They weren’t sure, but didn’t hesitate to engage another associate who did know. We purchased our item at a great price, and headed out the door.

Appreciate the customer service!! Only negative is I had to tell my cashier 5 times I did not want to sign up for a credit card. Once is sufficient. It felt like I had to keep rejecting a creeper. NO means NO ma'am!!!

Matt the manager should be kept off the register no people skills or maybe poor people skills, spoke to him asked him how he was doing, got nothing only after spending 100+ dollars words actually came out his mouth as he said have a goodnight. Going to try and stay away maybe he'll learn to smile and communicate with others in the meantime
