Great experience with salesman Paul Marr. I purchased a used Volvo XC 40 Recharge online and Paul was very straight forward and honest in negotiating a very fair price. I flew in from out of town and Paul even picked me up at the airport. The car is great and I couldn’t be happier.

My son was looking at trucks online. He found one at Bill Knight Ford. So he filled his finances and stuff online and set up appointment. We arrived early 11:50. Our appointment was at 12:30 a man came out and ask what we were needing my son told him. He said the guy we had appointment with was with someone but he would let him know we were there. The truck we were wanting was sitting right by where we were standing. At 12:50 my son sees this guy walk up and say he had appointment to drive an f150 the same vehicle my son had. The very first person then takes this guy to test drive the truck. At that point the guy we had appointment with walks out and says he can't find keys we then tell him about the guy that had just walked up to test drive. I was so beside myself that this was going on. The two salesmen walked back in ours came and said I guess someone else scheduled a appointment as well. A few minutes later he came back out and tells my son as he turns to walk back in that the other folks were going to buy it. Didn't apologize, nothing. Didn't try to help any other way. My son tells him take my name off everything. My daughter recomended us to go to Mark Allen. So I called and spoke with Kaylee Narvaro. I would recomend if you are looking to buy a vehicle you go to Mark Allen Kaylee and the team there were very respectful, kind and we were very happy to spend our money there. Mark Allen happen to walk by and said hello introduced himself and was asking how things were going. Well I'm not a shy person so I let him know how we were treated at Bill Knight. He apologized for them because they are all in the buisness. Which I respected him. I could tell from our experience that he and his team care about what they are doing. If i could give Mark Allen 10 stars I would. To end our experience we were in financing with Dan Huber. He is very honest with you and I appreciate that. My son and I both felt that they all cared about us and Dan made you feel like he wanted you to have what you wanted and tells you pros and Cons. My son appreciated him very much. Which made me as well. I just want to thank Mark Allen and his wonderful team. You will have a recommendation to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks Kaylee and Dan you made this a much better day then it started.

Over the last week Trent has been incredible helping us and answering any and all questions we’ve had while looking at a vehicle! Highly highly recommend him!
HOWEVER….today we took our truck in to see about a trade in. Without even hardly introducing himself, the assessor started in about how awful it was and how our truck had a salvaged title AND accused us of “Doing illegal things” (rolling back the odometer) after listening to him drone on about how awful this all is. We asked what he was talking about. Turns out he didn’t have the correct VIN number….SHOCKER….
After acquiring the correct vin # he still continued to act unprofessionally with zero apology of his previous behavior and accusations.
This, in combination with the problems my brother has had in the past, I wouldn’t be caught dead at this dealership again.

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!! Richard Prince (Sales) & Dan Huber (Finance) were honest, professional, informative and most of all a pleasure to work with! We negotiated a price and that was the price presented and paid at closing. No Dealer Adds (wheel locks, tinting, nitrogen in the tires, etc.) that are pure profit grabs by other dealers. I've bought a few cars in the last 40+ years and this purchase/transaction was the best. Mark Allen has a great team!!

I just want to let everyone know about Mark Allen, folks his commercials are true 100%! They are amazing and friendly not only that very respectful and they will do all they can to help you out.
I hate car shopping and dealing with dealerships, I was even called names by a salesman from a different dealership all because I wouldn’t let him run my credit before showing me a vehicle. People you do not have to run your credit to see a car remember that!!
Mark Allen will show you vehicles and talk to you before doing anything like that. I suggest giving them a call or come on into their dealership and let them help you find the car you want!
Everyone I have met here has been great and super nice! Very refreshing and they made my car buying experience one of the best experiences. I’ll be back whenever I need a vehicle in the future! Thank you for reading and have a blessed day!
