I have really enjoyed my first couple months here. Dog poop is being cleaned up and the management is super helpful. The only thing im frustrated with is my a/c unit being so dated and not cooling very well in my room and maintainence refusing to replace it. Other than that so far so good!??

Comfortable and cozy apartment. Staff always responsive to requests and maintenance needs. Neighbors friendly! Loved meeting everyone’s dogs.

I've almost lived here for a year, and absolutely love it!! Management very attentive and professional! Constant attention amd improvement to the property! Also, very safe and well lit! I would highly recommend this property!
Want to live in a newly renovated apartment in downtown, walkable to everything but think you can't afford it? Think again. The Mansion House is Tulsa's best kept secret. Sure, you might be able to find a studio, 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in downtown that doesn't break the bank, but does it include covered parking? Does it have an outdoor, resort style pool with TVs, outdoor kitchen and fire pit? Does your rent include a state-of-the-art 6,000 square foot workout facility with yoga, spin and group fitness classes? Probably not. It probably also doesn't come with a huge balcony overlooking the downtown Tulsa skyline or the Arkansas River either.
