Went on Thursday at 9:10 am. No one was there and no one picked up phone. Called twice. Open hours said on door 9 am. Waste of time to drive there and find out it’s closed and no one answers calls.

I use the Mailbox on 8st & Harvard almost everyday and some weeks I’m in there multiple times a day! If you need to ship items, this is THE BEST PLACE to do just that! Their staff is ALWAYS so helpful, super friendly and knowledgeable! They have helped me solve multiple shipping blunders (I caused) and helped me track down a package USPS lost half way across the county. I used to use another shipping store out of convenience and thankfully one time they were closed and I found The Mailbox- because now I never go anywhere else!!!! Thank you to everyone who works there for helping me every single day! You ladies make my day better and always make me smile!

I use The Mailbox for all post office transactions. They also have DHL, FedEx and UPS services. Everyone in the store has always been professional and courteous. They are willing to search all of their carriers to find you the best option. They have a small, but excellent greeting card selection that I use as my first stop for greeting card needs. I have nothing but good things to write about this place.
