Nick at the Tulsa location is an absolute gem! I do not typically enjoy shopping and have a hard time finding jeans that fit me properly, but Nick made my experience so pleasant. He was attentive, went above and beyond, and even got me to try items I would not normally try. I can’t thank him enough!

This is a great Madewell to shop and to ask for help with their jeans style or size.I am glad we have Madewell in a Tulsa!

Had a great experience here! Ordered a pair of shorts online in my usual size... and they were way too small. I called and the store associate set aside a pair in the size up, then exchanged them 15 minutes later! Totally appreciate the help and ease with getting them replaced quickly!
