First reaction wad oh this place is going to be really nice. The lobby is clean and appealing to the eye, the restaurant was good and great service. Then our room was alright just not what we expected. The bathroom is tiny, the ac kept on shutting off in the middle of the night. It was down right hot at times. The service was not great either I called down for towels and they were rude told me they needed to see if we were on the list. Just disappointed.

Was a great hotel for my quick stay in Tulsa.

My family of 5 stayed in a 2 room suite over the 4th of July holiday. The room was very spacious and the hotel staff (Jimmy) went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Very good. Excellent the only thing that the rooms should have is a jacuzzi
Food & drinks: Economical and super tasty

The room was a little dated. The service was ok. The breakfast was top notch. Good views of downtown from our room.

Charging additional money for parking is ridiculous. I will not be back.

I meant to get more overall pics of the room. The room overall was fine, not great, but fine. When I booked this, I saw it marked a 4 star hotel. Far by that mark to me. The lobby and restraunt are really beautiful but the room honestly left me thinking. The bathroom was so small I could touch both sides with bent arms and it would stay so hot In there since it was closed off from the small ac unit that couldn't honestly get our room cooled off this was a huge kicker for me as I need a colder room to sleep comfortably. I almost went to Walmart to get a fan, but I just tried to sleep. I wish I had gotten a fan. I know it was hot on our trip 100+, but we had the worst time cooling room after a storm came through, and the outside temp dropped into the 70s makes no sense (photo above). The shower head was very built up and sprayed all over. Also, the vent doesn't work, so moisture builds up badly and will wet most of anything you bring in there since it's so small. The walls were peeling and no microwave in the room to reheat food or anything for that matter. I've stayed in cheap hotels with more amenities then this one and what a scam for the parking I caught this reading reviews before our trip which also warned about the ac and parking but I held strong hoping for better , but I should of listened. I bought a pass at one of the parking lots across the street for much less but got lucky one night and was able to park right on the street by the entrance (weekends are free), which was nice. I would also add if nothing is going on at the business center I would wait to check parking when you get there it really wasn't busy at all down there.

The rooms are pretty okay but the AC keeps shutting itself off which makes the room really uncomfortable. We had it set to high at 60 but the room never got cooler than 70, ac stayed on for about an hour then we noticed it was getting really hot. We called down to have somebody come look at it but all he did was use a laser thing to check the temp and told us it's hot outside so it's not going to get any cooler in here. He didn't check the filter or anything else at all.
There's also a lot of problems getting in and out of the parking garage. Even using your key, the barricade won't go up and it says "room key not found". You've gotta push the button for help from the front desk and more than once I sat at the barricade for ten to 15 minutes pushing the button AND having the front desk on the phone and the barricade was still having trouble. Not only that, but you're charged for how long you've been parked in the garage because you've got to give your room number to get in and out. So at the end, expect an unexpectedly higher bill than you thought after parking in that garage.
Also, the elevators and elevator doors shake SO freaking much while going up or down.. It's scary.
But, hey... At least the staff is nice, right?

Location is not very desirable and parking is expensive for what/where it is. I’ll skip the downtown area next time.
There’s a restaurant in the hotel but not a whole lot for options close by.
Rooms themselves were ok.

My experience was interesting to say the least....Our room i was NOT pleased with what so ever. There was no cold water at the sink, it was like it was turned off but the handle came off in my hand, the toliet ran over in the floor every time you flushed it, seemed to be a leak from the back of it, so we had to use all of towels to catch the water, the tile on the shower had the pink gross start of something, clearly they didn't try to even clean it & to top it off the toliet paper on the roll had something pink on it like a cleaning chemical had leaked on it but they put it on the roll anyway. No complimentary breakfast especially for the price of the rooms or nothing. NOT worth the money.

We stay here when visiting town.
Always enjoy downtown, especially being able to walk to the BOK Center.

I’ve been staying at this Doubletree since 2018 and the value you get for your money here has significantly decreased over that period of time. The rooms are fine, nothing special, which is why the rates confuse me. I think I spent $250 per night per room, then had a $25 per night parking fee on top of this - this is downtown Tulsa guys, not Chicago!!!
The worst part about this place that they now charge for coffee - not just any coffee, but Community Coffee aka the Michelob Ultra of coffee. This alone made me decide that I will not be staying here again and will find other hotels in the downtown area from now on.
Sad to see that this once great place is now overpriced and not worth the money.

The rooms were not ready for many in our party when we came to check in at 4:30. Hotel manager was of no help and wouldn’t even comp the people without a room a drink or anything while they waited. He was of no help and really didn’t seem to care that we had people with no rooms after a long day.
