The store was much friendlier when Andy Schweizer was running it.
I hate going but sometimes need to.

I went in to get a drill. There is a special that if you purchase the charger and batteries you get a product that was listed free. I waited and looked around for an associate, found one but he was working off the clock on overtime. So someone else comes to help from his section, but everyone else needs help too. He finally get the charger and battery. I asked twice if that was the right item, he said it was. So I go and of course I have to go to a self check out and it was the wrong product. I go back to tools and wait and wait for someone to come find the right item. No one comes. Someone comes walking by and I ask, they just say they don’t have any more. I go back to the front to tell the person helping at the self check, who proceeded to scan both items into the system. I asked if there was a manager; of course there wasn’t. Why would there be a manager at 5 pm? Why would I pay for the battery/charger pack and the drill if the store has the drill for free if you are saying to buy the battery/charger pack? I needed the drill with a battery but one was t I. The store without the battery. Seems like they should have had enough for the products they had on hand.

This location is awesome! I usually hate Lowe's lack of service. Abraham, at this location greeted me at the door , told me exactly where to go for my bolt, and helped me again when I forgot write down the code. Abraham just won a customer. We need more Abraham's!

They try hard to provide good service and only occasionally miss the mark.

Nice clean store but the staff wasn't helpful at all. Customer service was too busy (bringing in carts) and everyone else was just not very smart. The guy that we were gonna have ring up some batteries couldn't figure out how to apply a gift card and after like 10 minutes we just left without anything. Maybe it was a bad day or something but it sucked.

Although there are several locations around Tulsa and in its suburbs. This store is around 15th and Harvard. It could be called a Semi-Big-Box Store. It has plenty of items, but
its smaller size makes shopping less taxing than it is in larger stores. It's also a lot less crowded.
Online order with curbside pick-up is my favorite way to shop.

I know now to never buy a warranty from lowes protection since they will make you do all the work. Was told to call an 888 number to be told since it wasn't a product (a lawnmower thats less then a year old ) more than 779 to take it to the store for maintenance and repairs to then be told to take it to their repair facility because they don't take it there .

I love their garden department. They have a huge variety of plants and very reasonable prices.
They used to have clearance racks, but I didn't see them during my last two visits to the store.

I went to Lowe's today, looking for a washer outlet box, access panel, and crimp rings. On the plumbing section. Your employee "TARA", went above and beyond. She was extremely helpful, helped me to locate the products I was looking for. And I was very grateful for her professionalism. Awesome person.

Will not be coming back. Was completely ignored by two separate employees not even five feet from me when simply trying to buy a pvc pipe and the bar code wouldn’t work. My husband and I had to ask a different worker than the other two who were posted to this self check out to help us after ten minutes of them actively ignoring us. At one point one of the workers who ignored us (an elderly male) even walked straight past us when we were repeatedly asking for help to chase after a much younger female employee to flirt with her instead of doing his job. As my husband and I left I overheard the two talking amongst themselves justifying and confirming they ignored us to “help their regulars first” and that my husband and I looked like low lives (we were both in shorts/t shirt/sandals) No body goes to a home improvement store dressed nicely. I feel we were profiled due to the age of the employees and the fact we have multiple visible tattoos/I have pink in my hair. I’ve also noticed I’m not the only one having issues with this store. Hire people that actually care and aren’t rude/decide to service based on appearance. Will be contacting corporate.

Horrible, we went to paint and waited 20 minutes and no one came. The self checkout girl tried to send someone but still nothing.

Appliance delivery is an unreliable mess. Look elsewhere.
