Went to Lowe 1st & then here. After Lowes, this place seemed like heaven. I'm a DIY homeowner but was still treated great. The people working here had answers for everything we needed to buy, do, and walked us to the parts we needed to replace a water heater & waterlines in the wall. We got a 50 gallon quality water heater w/2x warranty, water lines, & delivered compared to a low grade 40 gallon heater at Lowe's w/o delivery for only $80 more. At Locke we had professional helping us. At Lowes we had amateurs who were useless. Great inventory!

Locke will always be able to help with any of your plumbing needs. Shoot, most of their employees can even help you troubleshoot, especially smaller service related issues. If you happen to use the Locke in Owasso, than Danny will bend over backwards taking care of you. I will drive out of my way to use a Locke over any other supply house.

We have been to the electrical department at the 56th & Garnett location, in Tulsa, several times this past week. We try to be DIY when we can so we pretty much knew what items we needed & wanted for our project. But, we did have some questions. So we approached the service desk & met Chris. He took the time to answer our questions & he asked us questions to make sure he got us the correct items to complete our project. The last two times we went in we just had questions & Chris was right there to give us answers. He was so helpful & patient with us. Please give Chris our great big thanks for a job well done. Like others, I am mixed on Locke. I have been two branches for business needs. No help from anyone. Finally found what I needed, no price on them. Went to check out, and was asked if I had an account. My business does not, so the guy was a little upset for some reason. Bought my part for about 2.50 each. Guy said to setup a business account for better prices. Back at work, I setup a business account online. Took a few days to hear back from someone that it was done. Got it, went back to the store to get a few more of the same part, gave my business info for the account, and now its 8 bucks! So much for savings! He said it depends on volume, the more we do business, the more the prices go down. Ok, but why is no business account way cheaper? Gave up, and went and ordered some cheap Chinese parts on amazon. Yeah, they are not as good quality, but at least I dont have to deal with Locke supply and their crazy prices!
