“After over 29 years of marriage I finally decided to get my wedding dress packed appropriately. One reason I had been dreading this was I had a huge red wine stain down the front. It always made me so sad to see it. We have been going here for years so I brought the dress to them. Friendly and helpful as usual, they packed the dress beautifully. Amazingly they also got the stain out!! I never imagined that could happen. Would most definitely recommend!”

“Cool place. Hotel laundry was disgusting so looked for a laundromat close. Found this place. A funky mix of washers, bar and games. Decided to grab a slice of pie and so glad I did. Great Pizza and clean clothes. They have lots of beers, mixed drinks, a nice selection of light foods and some games as well.If you need clean clothes why sit at a hot dump, come here and enjoy doing laundry!!”

One-day service is routine; often work is complete within a couple hours. The staff is friendly and courteous. “Okay I was doing laundry at the laundromat on 21st and Memorial and a lady named Linda that works in there is very very nice and helpful I asked her to watch my stuff and that I would pay her and she said no I'm not going to take your money I'm here anyways I don't mind doing it but maybe you could just give it to somebody's homeless or something I really want to do something nice for this lady because she values her job she's very friendly and whoever her boss is needs to know this woman is a outstanding employee”

“I went there today to wash clothes. I was a little apprehensive, since I have a washer and dryer, but plumbing problems right now. So in I go. The place is packed with a lot of Mexican families , and at first I was the only Gringo there. The place is really clean. Many washers and dryers to use. Have vending machines and television. The attendant there was the nicest person. He is very cordial , very helpful and keeps the place clean. He helped me take my laundry out to my car. Only thing I can complain about is no public restrooms.”

“Curt and the staff came to our rescue when my daughter's wedding dress was discolored by another cleaner 2 weeks before the wedding. Still open Friday afternoon at 6:15 - we rushed over with the dress. Curt immediately knew what the problem was and felt confident he could fix it. We were in a panic - but he was patient and within a few days had the dress looking better than before. I appreciate so much that Yale Cleaners has great hours and is accessible. They are knowledgeable and reliable. Mostly they are kind and generous. I won't go anywhere else again.”

“I had posted the below review and in less than an hour I received a phone call from the Yale cleaners at 91 and Yale manager offering to take a look at the clothes I was disappointed in to see if they can get the smudges out of. I am so very impressed that they wanted to make my experience and keep my satisfaction, that I just had to change my review to a 5 star. Great service is getting more rare these days so when we actually do get it I am the first to say "I made a mistake" and re-evaluateI had over 10 items I had dry cleaned this week and only ONE item was actually Clean. the other items still had smudges on them but VERY Nicely pressed. I did not take them in to be pressed and cleaned, I was able to wash the small dirty areas with soap and water. 3 of the items were white cotton shirts that had makeup on the collar. One was a linen dress with spot on front and came clean after I rubbed with only water. I am SO disappointed !!! My total bill with credit card on my account 20% discount was still $63”

“We do not for anyone have Farmers Market Parking. This is private property, and only people doing laundry parks here. I have told numerous people this, and there is some with an attitude or thinks the world owes them something, but do not park in my laundry parking lot for the market.”

“I like this laundromat, it's usually busy but always has washers and dryers open the dryers work the way they should and I earned 5 dollars just for doing my laundry there. The only thing I recommend they do is get more carts, it can be difficult finding one when it's busy.”
