I recently signed up for a monthly pass at this location and Lacie has been fantastic to interact with. I come in most days around 9:20-9:30 am and she always makes sure to open up the shaded side for me to dry and vacuum my vehicle. Lacie and her excellent customer service are the main reasons I continue to come here. My skin is very sensitive to the sun and having a covered, shaded area to dry my vehicle after washing is extremely important to me. Thanks Lacie!! Keep up the good work.

Paid $20 for a car wash and my windshield, front bumper, side mirrors, and hood are STILL covered in bug guts and a couple spots of bird poop. What did I even pay for? It definitely didn’t “wash” my car and they only offer towels, no cleaning products. My car was already clean aside from the bug guts and bird poop. For $20, they should at least have someone scrubbing the windows and windshield as you enter the wash and have cleaning products available like other car washes. Worst car wash I’ve ever been to.

They turned off the vacuums while we were using them. I understand that you close at 8pm but to turn the vacs off on 5 people while they finish up their car wash is really poor business practice. Most car washes I use would leave them on for a few minutes after the last cat went through to allow customers the use.

Brushes barely touched the hood and driver's side of my Jeep Grand Cherokee, leaving dirt streaks and bird poop.. One brush never touched the passenger side. I didn't discover the inadequate results until I got home. After wiping down my car manually, I went back for a $20 refund or credit. I was told they would only offer a re-wash. What good is a re-wash when your wash bay clearly needs a tech to install new sensors or recalibrate the existing ones? A second run through faulty equipment is not a tenable solution.
Your policy needs a more customer-friendly rewrite and your wash bay needs a tune-up.

We were members for over a year. The location at 101st and Memorial. Most times we visited something was broken or didn’t work or spin. It started a game we played who could spot the broken parts first. Also the tire treatment made blotches all over the side of the jeep that had to be rubbed off each visit. They were unable to offer a deluxe package without tire treatment. We stopped our membership and they refused to prorate the shut off date. I would suggest going elsewhere! So many to choose from.

The Disney of car washes. Even the very basic $10 is worth it. We enjoy coming here.
