Land Rover Tulsa has the best customer service. They worked on my car full service in less than 2 hours below the estimated time. Free snacks and soft drink in the Lobby. Staffs are comforting and helpful.

My wife and I have been range rover shopping for her all year, looked at a few cars here, jack was great in sales. This review is for the SERVICE department. After finding a year old certified pre owned in a different state because the selection at Tulsa sucks, we had an issue with the electric fan on a disco sport with 17k miles on it a few days after getting the vehicle. Called the Tulsa location, they said they could look at it Oct 4, this was August 14th! Took the car to them August 15 to see if they could work it in because who pays out the nose for a new car and the AC don't work when its 100 degrees out! Of course they are all out of loaner cars too! They probably save them for all the jaguar and defender owners! So they finished the car August 30th. The car had 30 more miles on it then when we brought it in, was almost out of gas, dirty inside, floorboard, seat etc, radio was half way up, even had a grease stain on the new leather seat! Looks as if the mechanic took it for a joy ride, not a test drive!!! Bad experience for a new first time Land rover customer! beware of the service department!The only good part of the experience was Andy and his communication, the rest of the service department needs work!Reply to owner: 9/6/23. hello brian thanks for the prompt reply.I have jacks number and have numerous text messages ranging from may 17th to June 7th from him if you would like to see them. We test drove 2 cars the day we met him, an evoque and a discovery sport and your selection was very limited. Since your a top ten dealership you must have had to many customers for your salesmen to remember us then. By the looks of the service reviews I am not the only one who was not happy with your service. I get that parts delays are a frustrating issue but that seems like something a top ten dealership could do something about, with expedited shipping, factory assistance etc. And as to the condition of the car it was spotless when we received it and drove it for 4 days before the fan issue and definitely appreciate you working it in. We would have definitely preferred to buy local unfortunately you didn't have what we were looking for. There used to be some dealers that used paper floor mats, seat covers etc, guess that's a thing of the past. Maybe you should consider using the paper protectors again since it takes two 15 mile trips to get a vehicle up to operating temperature.

Land Rover of Tulsa sold me a Range Rover Sport that is CPO'd and that underwent a 165 point inspection. I wired them the funds a week before picking up the car and I was assured that the car was operating properly. Upon flying to Tulsa and picking up the car, it has come to my attention that the car is shaking badly when applying the breaks.Rafael, the salesperson tried to convince me that this shaking was normal at high speeds. Then, Tim, the sales manager, assured me that the issue is a bent wheel and he offered to give me $500 to fix it at a later date. As it turned out, the issue is not a bent wheel and requires much more substantial repairs that the dealership claims I need to take care of.Land Rover of Tulsa misrepresented the condition of the car in order to get me to purchase it. They will not take any responsibility.They have completely taken advantage of me and for that reason, I do not recommend anyone doing business with them.
