I go into this store regularly because it is around the corner from my house. They have hired a young girl t
behind the counter that is too busy making key chains to pay any attention to the customers.It is easier to go to self check out then ask her to do her job. Today I go in and she is there and they have removed the self check out registers. I stand there waiting as she continues to make her key chain. Never looking up at me in front of the register, waiting. When she finally does acknowledge me , I shook my head , that this is the quality of service we receive now days. She smarted something off to me and I asked her what did you say. She wou;d not repeat it or look at me. I asked for a manager and she said no! Just gave me my change and went back to making her key chain. I do not understand why they pay someone to do nothing and be rude to the customers. That girl needs to go!

It used to be my best place to stop at in the morning to get my coffee. A very rude cashier made me think to find another gas station. First time she got angry and aggressive because I didn’t know she’s talking to me even when I called her boss she didn’t respect him and she didn’t stop arguing, then I said maybe she had a bad time on that day, I came after two weeks and the same cashier, she remembered me so no good morning, or any word, nothing, today after a month because this station was the closest to me, I met the same mad face at the cashier, I paid for what I have without hearing any word!!! Quick trip @51st and Mingo is my favorite place now, the cashiers are super welcoming and very kind!!

I have yet to get a cashier who isn't rude and unpleasant. The young girl with glasses this morning was exceptionally rude. Apparently they hire the QT rejects. I wish I had a job where I don't actually have to work and then be rude about it and still get paid. Just sad.

There is never any pizza slices available at lunch. Sometimes no hot items at all. Yesterday I did get a cheeseburger at 12:10. All of the chairs and stools were still on the tables and counter. The employees never seems to want to do any actual work at this location

Most of the cashier's have the trashiest attitudes you can come across, especially the young black girl. Barely stocked merchandise and week old donuts. Go an extra mile for a different gas station if you can.

Great breakfast food!Their breakfast pizza and Crescents Roll sandwiches are probably the best around.This is a great morning stop for gas and breakfast place.

I stopped in there to grab a drink and use the restroom and it was one of the nastiest restrooms I've ever been in it looked like it hasn't been cleaned since the store opened I will never go in this store again.

Stopped by this Kum & Go location several times due to living nearby. Came in the store only twice, once to grab a cup of coffee in the morning, and the second time to grab some beer. Coffee wise, QT is a better option. Beer wise, everything was good. The best feature about this Kum & Go location is the sign in the front, not sure how they got that, but it's also a poke-stop.

The man at the register was very rude couldn't bother himself with checking as to why the gas pump wasn't working I understand this situation we are in but we're all going through this together saying things like if you dont like our service good luck finding somewhere else was just very insensitive to this awful situation Tulsa's trying to survive through. Kum and go do better please.
