Terrance and the other girl working at the check stand were extremely rude. I stood there for over 2 minutes while they played on their phone as they did not see me and finally, I said “Hello, is anyone going to help me, or do I need to walk out with my stuff?”. No one said one word, the girl did not take her face out of her phone, and Terrance did not say one word to me, but he did ring up my stuff. There was another guy behind me who the girl cashed out, and she was on her phone the entire time. I’m not sure what is so important on her phone, but if it’s that important maybe she should not be working so she can focus on it. This location has lost a customer, I will never return.

The people here are terrible. I can’t believe how soulless they are. Go to the Quick trip north of here or go to a different place on memorial.

Tried to order a pizza and put the order through. Show up 20 minutes later, and their kitchen has been closed all day.

Clean store, friendly cashiers but they always have broken pumps.

Watch your pumps they are stealing your money. Got it on recording and they wanted to trash talk me about it. Kum and go as a company is scamming people! Stop your pump and watch it continue to say it's pumping. May be a few cents from one person but it would be thousands over a course of a month or year. They obviously know it's happening.

I went inside to get gas and the cashier had told me that she couldn't break the the bill that I had and I had a 7 year old in the car with me and I had no gas so I came outside and that the store manager was out there and his name was Reed and he broke my bill out of the money in his pocket so I could get gas customer service with manager at the store

I go for the e85 and try to avoid going inside because the service inside is the worst. I tried to get some food for lunch once and the 2 employees in the back were too busy talking with each other to come up to the counter and help me.
