They don't ever have any fresh donuts in the morning I wake up earlier then most and when everybtime i stopped in for a donut and coffee the donuts was always stale started going to quick trip instead

The bathroom was a mess. Went to use the toilet, and it was over flowing with toilet paper. Unable to flush due to how much was in it. No plunger. Only one female staff worker working. Had to go somewhere else.

So the dmv gave me temporary ID and everywhere I go accepts except this place on the night shift the old man that’s bald working the night shift and he was very rude about it I’ll never come back to this kum n go and I will be filing a complaint as high up as I can send it temporary ID FROM THE DMV IS A LEGAL ID

Accused my husband of using counterfeit money, even though the bill was real, and passed all of the counterfeit tests. Humiliated him in front of other customers. When he provided another form of payment the GM refused service.

Good Employees must be hard to find, the guy with the round glasses is on another planet everyday. The employees smoke in front of the store and you have to walk thru it to get inside. This store needs a Manager.

Worst customer service in Tulsa. Leave you standing at the register waiting with 3 employees just standing around. No “hello”. No “one moment”. No helping the customer. Just pretend you don’t even exist. Has happened multiple times here. Never again.I walked out tonight.

Stopped to get $10 in gas, the receipt said $10, the pump stopped at $10. But when I checked my bank account they charged me $30. They get 2 stars for resolving it quickly but I missed my lunch break because of this.
