It doesn't surprise me this locations rating. The 2 women they have in the morning are terrible at customer service. Staff changes that will improve this store. Quick trip 4 life. They remember their regular customers. And treat us well

Kim N Go. Is Pretty Cool and they have an incentive program that they offer. It saves on Fuel. Condiments, Drinks Some Foods& Cigarettes as well.

The workers have always been nice, but don’t stop here in the morning unless you have an extra 10 minutes to wait in line. The main manager refuses to run both registers, even if there are 12 people in line. Every other worker will check people out on both registers to help get the line down, he won’t, no matter how many people are in line.

Just filled my car at Kum & Go21st & Sheridan, Tulsa.$37.20And i used my Business Debit Card, in conjunction with the Gas App.UPSIDE.After i filled up a couple hours later i saw my card had a Hold on it for $150.00.The hold was released about 12 hours later.I average 3 tanks per week because of my Gig Work with UBER & LYFTI have gotten gas at various places in Tulsa, and have yet to have a hold placed on my card.When i enquired with store mgmt.I was Blown off and told that the hold would be released most probably at the time of the days receipts balanced but that it could take up to 3 business days to clear, depending on my banks policy.So because of the Attitude of the mgmt i will not be returning to Kum and Go anytime soon.Because myKum and Go, must have Kum and Went back to Quick Trip

.75 for water when it's 90 degrees? Clerk; if you brought your own cup it would be free. Very flippant and unprofessional. No wonder there is a 3.1 rating. Employees look absolutely miserable.
