Last weekend my family was shopping in the center where your store is located off Memorial drive. We were walking between stores and were passing in front of The Tile Shop when my 7 year old son accidentally walked right into the concrete column on the building. His head started bleeding profusely. I panicked and opened the door to ask for help. It appeared to be a male manager that was so prompt to call 911, to relay all the details I wouldn't have thought of in that moment. The ladies working were quick to bring us gauze for my son's wound, wet towels, cold waters to drink .. Everyone was so kind to us. I am beyond thankful that good people were around to help. My son was okay & luckily didn't need stitches once we got to the hospital. I am forever touched by the kindness of your employees in our moment of distress! I will recommend your store always!”
