Pretty quick. The work being done was not bad, however, I specifically asked to not have my car washed during an oil change. When I got my car back, it looked like it had been halfway washed. I always wash my own car and pay close attention to the paint when washing it so that I can see any imperfections. So I do it myself every time so I can keep track of the paint. I also wanted ow-8 oil to be used on my change because the cap on the engine calls for ow-8. They used ow-16 and told me that ow-8 had to be specially requested each time if the customer wanted. I had no way of knowing they would not just use the one listed on the car itself. This review is more so about the car wash though and how I had requested my car to not be washed.

Tried to buy a plain company truck for 5 months and was giving the run around after every promise. Gave them money to get started and had to make them mad after 5 months of unfulfilled promises to get my money back. I really believe the Toyota would have been a good company truck but I will never enter the dealership again. Had a truck found of a different brand for a really good deal and Jim Norton promised me I would get a truck in less than 3 months that day so I waited 5 month to not get a truck and cost the company about $8000 more than if I would have never entered the dealership. I would pick negative stars if possible. You can’t believe anything they tell you.

Extremely frustrated with my experience in service. I had an appointment at 5:00, I showed up got my oil change and left. Nobody told me anything was wrong with the car. I received an email 2 weeks later saying I declined service. I thought to myself no I didn’t, and I opened the attachment. It showed my rear tires showing cords on the inside of each tire. It was so bad I left my car at work and ordered tires.I called back and left a message for the service manager. He called me 24 hours later and said he was sorry. They offered me nothing to help fix the car, help out in an alignment or anything. Seemed like he just wanted to get off the phone.I am very disappointed in the service and management in the service department. My family could have been seriously hurt or killed by an accident from blowing tires on the highway.

Traded in my 2019 Camry for a 2024 Camry! It was the most pleasant experience! I worked with Cody Eby. They gave me the perfect value on my trade, and a perfect price on the new car! The whole process was super smooth, no last minute price changes or any complications. Everyone was so personable and kind. I definitely recommend Jim Norton Toyota to everyone, specifically Cody Eby for when you’re buying a new car! He’s the best!

Great place to buy a car the only down fall is, there detailing department isn’t the best bought a 2016 mustang swirl marks everywhere and smudges on the windshield then recently bought a 2016 Chrysler the same problem. Every car I bought I’ve had to take home and detail myself, but I’m also a professional detailer, it’s just a shame to see they don’t take there time to do it right, the photo is after me and my twin brother buffed compound and polished it!

buying my first car from here was the biggest mistake I ever made! i bought my car over a month ago and still no title and my salesman is no help also very unprofessional he would call me like crazy wanting me to go sign some papers and then threatened to take the car I bought if I didnt go up there so I show up and was waiting there so long so I left and told him I'd come another day and I did but after that I had a problem with my bumper sticking out so I sent My salesman a text and he said they werent gonna be able to do anything about it and to take it to a shop. now I'm trying to get a hold of someone else so I can get my title or maybe another paper plate and no one is ever available and when there is they're no help at all. I was talking to a lady about my title and she asked me all these questions to later say " I'm going to transfer u to the manager he'll be a better help then me " well if u didn't know how to do your job why waste my time dumbass! save your time this is the worst dealership ever. if your going to work with anyone here dont let it be Shelton

Was dealing with about 5 other dealerships on the phone through text and calls. Jim Norton in Tulsa came with a good trade in value as well as a food price for the vehicke we wanted. Eric Vincent was our salesman and he was nothing but honest from the beginning and was always answering our questions within reasonable time. That is why we took the 2 hour one way trip to Tulsa to by our brand new vehicle. After the terrible experience we had with Joe Cooper I can not speak enough good words about this dealership. Thank you Eric and thank you Jim Norton!!!

I have not had a car buying purchase like this in many years. Frank is 100000% the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. Kind and genuine. Paid attention to details on cars that I’ve owned before to find my perfect fit. I can not thank him enough for outstanding customer service he provided. Loving my new Crown! Thanks for letting me love shopping for a new car again. Will be back in the far future and send many friends and family to Frank!Oh and thanks to the finance group as well they showed me the benefits of all add ons even though I don’t normally purchase them it was nice to have them break it down for me. I ended up purchasing Gap. They also fought to get me the lowest rate and even beat my banks rate they could do for me. Which knowing the current rates right now was great!

My experience here was horrible. The finance rep was dishonest and not transparent. I felt rushed during the process. Costs were not disclosed during signing and other itemized warranties were issued with out consent. Even called the following day to cancel/remove some of those warranties but was told by Nicholas Craddock that it wasn’t possible or it was hard because the bank was processing every thing already. He didn’t see my request as a priority and delayed the situation for a few days to almost a week. It felt like he ignored me. He finally had it submitted after 1.5 week to an accountant. Overall, I felt cheated and am not happy with how my first time experience went at the dealership.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kelby Johnson went above and beyond to earn our business. I highly recommend him. We traveled a distance to purchase the vehicle and it was exactly as he had described it.

Today we bought a used car here and had a fantastic experience. Kareem was our dealer and we enjoyed the whole experience that he gave us. He gave us space when we needed space he answered questions from answer questions, and it felt like a very honest transaction. We also had our child with us and it didn’t seem to love anyone that she was there. They made her a part of the experience. Knuckles all around. Thanks so much for a great car. Buying experience from a family who hates buying cars.

Absolutely horrible service. Wasn't worth the drive. If I could give this place negative stars I would. First off the salesman, Jacob lopez, was pushy. I get it he is a salesman he's got to make some money but after he was hit with how much the car really is worth he became very rude. Then he started mocking our financial situation without knowing our financial situation. But the cars here are overpriced by $4000-$6000. We went to Jackie Cooper across the street on memorial. So thanks for sending us somewhere where the salesmen aren't pricks! Even after someone I know recommended you guys I will never do or recommend anyone doing business with you ever! Jacob Lopez was a mediocre salesman. Personally I would suggest he be fired if that's not how you're supposed to treat guests that are possible customers. Also him telling us to "not come to a dealership unless we know what we want because it's wasting his time and ours" was pretty cute. We came to look and obviously that was a bad idea.

Had an excellent experience with John Micheal on a used Toyota purchase. He was super friendly and not bothersome while browsing the selection of 4Runners. Once we found one to test drive, he made the process easy from the test drive to the paperwork. I have bought my last 3 cars from another dealership and never would have thought about going elsewhere until a recent issue with that dealership. Jim Norton Toyota was hands down the best and can't wait to continue business with them! Thank you, John!

Honestly one of the worst car dealerships to buy from. They don't care about people, they just care about making money. Makes you wonder why they have barely any cars on the lot. I will say when I did purchase a vehicle from the used lot the people over there were a little nicer and helped to get me a good price on a used Toyota RAV4. Service department sucks, messed up more things on my car than fixed. Just overall really disappointing and glad I moved to Nelson Mazda right across the street.
