They were friendly and they did good work. My only complaint is that they threw away my daughter’s toys and when questioned, the manager simply said there was nothing they could do to fix it. They didn’t even try to fix it. What kind of company does this? Throws away a 6 year old’s baby groot and Elsa figurines and then just says sorry, nothing we can do?! Anger doesn’t cover it. The toys were intentionally stuck on the center console and the fetal guy claimed to throw them away because they were sticky. But he left some strange sticky stuff on the back seat. Now my daughter has been crying for 2 days because her toys that she made the car’s mascots were thrown away. Until this issue, I had high praises for Jim Norton Collision. Now, I can guarantee they don’t deserve my business again. I don’t care that they threw away my mat that I left on the console to keep my elbow from cracking the leather. But my daughter’s toys are not acceptable. How do I explain to my daughter that her precious treasures were considered trash by some guy and thrown away?

Worst worst service ever! They apparently always have excuses. It takes 4 months to repair a bumper and they tried to increase price during the repair process. DO NOT GO THERE.

Worst experience ever. I received a text message from them saying that my car will be ready on a certain date. When I went to the shop, I was told that my car won’t be ready until next week…. They just forgot to update the estimated completion time…wasting me two hours and haven’t even said sorry

They started working on my husband’s 2014 truck in early March but they couldn’t get a Toyota bumper/hitch combo. They insisted the insurance has to just give us a rental indefinitely while they sit on their hands, not working to get us the part. We went to pick up the truck because the insurance didn’t want to pay for a rental indefinitely & denied the request due to the truck being “drivable”. Though I’m not sure it’s safe to drive a truck with no bumper. Alan at Jim Norton responds to our emails, usually to say the ETA has been pushed out and give us some garbage speech about how it’s all insurance’s fault for not paying for a rental. He sent two different emails telling us our options are 1. wait, 2. trade in the truck for something else, or 3. find our own part. We finally had to start searching for our own part. Hopefully we will get a different bumper put on the truck soon. But Alan is going on leave for a week & I’m sure no one else will be helping while he’s out.

Horrible. Sold me a new car back in July 2023. Part of the package was a charger that does not even work with the vehicle I purchased. They will not refund my money and will not answer phone calls or email. So much for service after the sale. Even a phone call telling me why they cannot refund would be better than this. This is the second and last car I will buy from Jim Norton.
