I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lynn and Rachael from James Avery at the Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa Oklahoma for always making every experience special by always surprising me in the most extraordinary ways…
I have been shopping at James Avery consistently over the last few years and the quality of the jewelry far surpasses my expectations, each piece is uniquely yours, because each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail, quality, and durability. The art of crafting jewelry is a talent more than a skill. The creativity is what makes James Avery jewelers master artisans, because each piece truly is a work of art.
The integrity and character of the management and staff are outstanding. Excellence is their goal and they exceed that by making each guest feel like family.
In speaking with Rachael on numerous occasions I have never heard her refer to anyone as a client or a customer. She has always referred to each person as a guest and I think that is what sets James Avery at the Woodland Hills mall location apart from the rest. Thank you for always making each purchase feel like an experience and for making time to always make others and myself feel loved and appreciated.
It is great to be a leader, it is even greater to be a servant to build great leaders…

The customer service here absolutely sucks!! They do not treat their customers equally either!! Every time I have been in the store at Woodland Hills, the employees are always rude and they don’t pay attention to who came in first. I just left this store and I was waiting to be helped after an employee said someone would be with me shortly. Then another couple came in right behind me and about 2 mins later they were already being helped. Another time I came in to have a charm put on my bracelet, they told me I’d have to leave it and pick it up the next evening/day because of how many they had to do before me. As I was about to leave after giving them my bracelet another woman was being helped and she bought a charm for a bracelet that she needed put on and they told her the same time frame. The customer proceeded to tell them that it was a birthday gift and that they were celebrating said birthday at the Cheesecake Factory across from the mall and that she needed it done asap. Then the worker took the bracelet back and put the charm on and gave it to the lady. I will probably never buy any more James Avery jewelry since we only have 1 store in Tulsa and they have horrible customer service!!

Only giving one star because I have to in order to write a review. My husband purchased a ring Woodland Hills Mall and it was too big so I went to exchange it and they were closed because of a water leak. Moreover, I went to promenade James Avery to do an even exchange for a different ring. I had the tag ? on ring still, receipt, box and everything that went with the 1 ring. James Avery at promenade said that they are not able to exchange my James Avery ring due to the fact that My husband purchased it at Woodland Hills Mall James Avery. We obviously know now why promenade mall is closing!!! Frustrating and ridiculous customer service

I made a purchase on Sunday of three items came back on Tuesday to return two of them unfortunately I forgot my receipt and they wouldn't take it back even though they took all my information down as far is name phone number and address when I made the purchase and the lady that waited on me was working there at the time I wanted to make the return. All items were in brand new condition in the original packaging for that store and they still wouldn't take it back which is frustrating so now I'm gonna have to travel 45 minutes to get home try to find a receipt and then I'm going to bring back everything so they're going to end up losing out on an extra $130
