We took our F-Pace in for the required maintenance; however, the center console a/c unit for the back seats was opened and left open when we were about to leave. We notified the service manager who came out and pushed it back on. When our daughter got in the back seat a couple of days later she stepped on what looks like a clip for the housing cover. We looked over our paperwork and there was nothing mentioned about the rear a/c housing cover being opened or any issues with that area. We did call the service department and will be taking it back in to have them figure out why it was opened and if that clip goes to the housing cover.

Our experience at Jaguar Tulsa was excellent!! From the moment we entered the lot to the time we drove away in our new car, it was top notch. Jack was our sales consultant. He was super patient (we asked lots of questions and drove multiple cars) and he was very knowledgeable! He helped us navigate the entire process with ease. I highly recommend Jaguar Tulsa and the beautiful F Pace!! We love it.

Terrible service, do not go here. They left a bolt off when repairing our Jaguar and then tried to deny it. We got it fixed, but it was a battle.

Unbelievably bad experience with this dealership. I was offered a vehicle for purchase with my trade. Showed up to make the deal only to be in finance AFTER they run my credit for them the manager to then tell me OVER THE PHONE no less, that I was not going to be ‘allowed’ to purchase the vehicle.
Not only was I not ‘allowed’ to purchase the car bur they also ran my credit causing me damages.
This would have been my fourth range rover deal with this group in 18 months…. after the way this deal was handled I WILL NEVER do business with this group again.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
I only gave a 1 star because I couldn’t give ZERO and still write the review.

Beware of the service center here! They are not professional at all and treated myself and my wife poorly when we had a body shop take our 2022 SVR here for a headlight issue in October of last year. I have decided to share her review here as well but wanted to add my own review first. They let our jaguar sit there for a week without even looking at it. They finally looked at it after she called. Then when they found out she had left a bad review they told the body shop that they would not deal with us at all and that we needed to take it to the OKC Jaguar dealership. Which I am so glad that we did. We did take it to OKC and they did an amazing job and they were able to make what this service department did badly right. The lack of professionalism is astonishing to me. When you pay over a hundred thousand dollars for a car, you would think they would at least contact you about your vehicle and give you some sort of customer service, but not here. Beware!!! Please find attached the review that my wife left last year. We have also told the Jaguar Facebook groups, and our insurance company as well as anyone else who will listen about the horrible service we received here!!!

****Update!!**** After Jaguar read my honest and true review they called the Body shop and told them that I will need to take my Jaguar to the OKC location because they no longer wanted to deal with me!! Now mind you they have not called or even tried to contact me to make this whole thing right. They did not and will not stand by the parts they sold or the work that they have done. So the level of professionalism is ridiculously low! I have since taken it to the OKC location and they were able to make everything right and were very professional and helpful with the mess that Tulsa has made. So I have told USAA about this and have contacted Jaguar directly. Beware of this location. Go the extra miles to Oklahoma City! You won't regret it, they are kind, professional and amazing! They will stand by their work and will help you in any way possible!
This place has to have the absolute worst service department! My 2022 F Pace SVR was brought in by a local body shop to have a headlight that had to be replaced for programming. It sat in their lot for more than a week and was not even touched! I know this because I see my vehicle on my app. I finally called and told them that my vehicle had not been touched and asked what the problem was with it not being serviced because it does not take long to get the headlight programmed. I was put on hold for awhile and finally they said that they would get right to it so it went back to the body shop. But they did not even check the status of their work!!! The headlight was not programmed correctly. So I will be taking it to the Oklahoma City Jaguar to fix what this service department should have done. Please beware of this place. How do you program something and then not check the work or look for problems????? My F Pace was in a minor accident and just needed the headlight assembly and some minor touch up work. Now I have to take it to a qualified Jaguar service department in Oklahoma City to have it fixed correctly. I would never have this place touch any car let alone a vehicle that costs over $100,000!!! They had the vehicle for over a week and did a horrible job! I will be letting my insurance company and JLR know directly as well, but wanted to let everyone know that they need to be very aware of what this place does. O stars would be too much!!!

Very great experience at Jaguar TULSA, OK!! I had previously had very poor experiences at other Jaguar service departments in NC and wasn't planning on purchasing another Jaguar. BUT, after my experience at Jaguar Tulsa, I will 100% purchase another Jaguar. They were very organized, courteous, responsible, and went above and beyond! Corey in service is GREAT to work with and Simon took me where I needed to go! Wonderful team Jaguar, Tulsa!!! Thank you and see you next time! CarrieG
