Tonya W. At Jackson Hewitt has done my taxes for many years. Always professional , friendly and most of all very educated about tax preparation. I'm always very confident that my taxes are correct and that gives me peace of mind. I appreciate that she always answers any questions that I have and gets back k to me quickly. I highly recommend Tonya at Jackson Hewitt five stars.

I was signed up for a advance and didn't ask for it. Wasn't even told abouta an advance she signed me up without my permission for her own benefits and the company benefits. That's called ripping people off. Which means I was probably charged for the advance when I didn't want an advance. Bad deal and very bad business. You'll may have just lost a valuable customer. I'm 0 satisfied with our dealing.
