Looked online for the car I wanted . I clicked that I would like information and within an hour they contacted me. From start to finish the experience was good. Only had trouble with finance since we had our own and they still wanted to do all the information for their finance. But over all very positive.

Jocelyn was very welcoming and kind. She greeted me and asked why I was there and listened to the concerns I had. She gave me a time estimation and I went in the waiting area. She came in later to discuss recommended services. The car was finished and it’s been running great. Jocelyn even called to see how the tire patch was holding up. I really appreciated that! I’ve been coming to Jackie Cooper Nissan for 9 years and I’ve never had an issue. Keep up the good work!

Josh was amazing he went Over and beyond to help me! I had been struggling with my tires for 4 days and was completely stressed ? but Josh was so sweet and nice and willing to help me anyway he could!! He came out to help me change my tires when he didn’t have too!! If you go here I definitely recommend you go to Josh he definitely won’t disappoint!!

I scheduled an appointment with Jackie Cooper for Thursday 9/21 at 7:30a.m. I brought in my Nissan Sentra that day and around that time for a diagnostic check because the check engine light was on and I needed an oil change. I dropped it off. It took 4 hours before I could get my car back. When I got it back, the diagnostic wasn't completed because the rep thought I declined the diagnostic via voicemail. It is true that I called him and left a voicemail, but I did not decline to get a diagnostic for the check engine light. Rather, I called him to ASK if he could review the records of my very recent diagnostic. If the information is already available, I would rather Jackie Cooper use that information from the recent diagnostic and compose a plan of action from that information. In other words, If a diagnostic was completed recently, then there is no need to spend more money on another diagnostic. Upon receiving my voicemail message, the rep canceled the diagnostic without speaking to me first. Whenever I spoke to him, he provided little to no information on the recent diagnostic, and told me the car was ready and the diagnostic was not completed that day. He recommended I come back for another diagnostic. That is frustrating! I spent a little over 4 hours, I still don't know what my car needs to clear that check engine light. I wanted the rep to call me first to brief me about the recent diagnostic before canceling it. That way I could plan a course of action. But since he canceled it before speaking with me, he wasted my time. He told me I needed to schedule another appointment to get a diagnostic. That could have been done during this appointment if he had talked to me before canceling it. I waited 4 hours for an oil change and now he wants me to bring it back in so they can waste my time again. An oil change should NOT take 4 hours especially when a person schedules an appointment days in advance.

I picked up my Nissan part 5 minutes before closing. I had help to my car with my part. I was getting ready to leave and asked if I had everything I needed to assemble the part. I answered slowing. The great man asked me to drive around to the service shop. Mind you this is after hours they assembled my part, washed my car, and topped off some fluid. I was so extremely greatful I started crying. I want to give a HUGE HUGE HUGE shoot out to JAKE, JOSH, NICK and the entire service department for going way beyond the great customer service I received. With the excellent customer services I experienced with that team, I WON'T GO to any other car dealership for my Nissan car needs. Everyone that's looking to purchase a Nissan and/or need parts or service, don't go to any other place but Jackie Cooper Nissan !!!!

Darrin Hough was the sales rep when I started looking online. He sent me a video and was very good at explaining the Nissan Kicks, which I did purchase. It was an exceptional experience and so thankful for Darrin. He is awesome. He delivered my vehicle to my house on Friday 09/08/2023. I'm beyond pleased with Darrin & my Kicks! Great experience! All the employees were really nice and accommodating. We worked with Andrew Medina, who took very good care of us. He met us at the door where he had the car we had requested ready for us to test drive, walked us through the maintenance instructions and all the paperwork, and made sure we were familiar with all the technical features on the car, he even set our phones up for hands-free calls, and just made it all very smooth for us. We were very pleased with our experience and our new car!

Everyone at Jackie Copper was friendly and helpful. My sales rep, Richard was great, no high pressure sale tactics. Purchasing my new Rouge was one of the easiest decisions I’ve ever made. Being one of 2 known Leaf certified inspections in my area, I appreciate the way it is serviced at Jackie Cooper Nissan. It has always been a great experience and brings peace of mind knowing afterwards it is safe to drive the car, what to expect and options offered. With this all electric vehicle, I asked as of how to upgrade the range in this cars in Oklahoma, as it is being done in other states, but still is kind of a gray area here. But what service was given and inspected, I am grateful for always honest answers and attitude of co-operation. I am always satisfied with their great service. You have well trained and well meant employees.

Their parts department will lie to your face. I had an Altima with headlights that required replacement due to a class action lawsuit. The results required me to use the dealership for replacement.They said it was ordered. I called every month for a status. Covid supply-related issues, they said.Then, the new story was, sorry, that order was so old, we canceled it.The sales process was less than ideal. The service is worst.Next time, I’m choosing Nelson. Cooper made a believer in Nelson out of me.
