Recently bought a Red 2020 Altima that was certified with zero accidents. Got it home only to uncover the fact that it had been wrecked in the drivers side doors and rocker panel, and it was undisclosed. I returned the car yesterday after having to pay tt&l. They've already re-listed the car for sale and added $1500 more to the asking price. It is still listed with zero accidents reported. I'm certain that I reported to them that it had clearly been in an accident. They are fully aware that it has been wrecked no matter what the Carfax says. That's super shady, and I'm now confident that management knew it had been wrecked before they sold it to me. Im sure they'll hook another unsuspecting buyer that is thinking they are buying a legit nice car. I had no intent to tarnish their name until I saw it re-listed today with zero accidents. It is now my mission!!!
Unethical business practice period!! Beware!!!

Parker Stith was my service rep and he did an outstanding job helping me. My wife drives a 2018 Nissan Maxima that had a recall and she had the recall work and an oil change scheduled with a different dealership and it ended in a hassle and the recall work was never completed. The service rep at that dealership was more interested in a football game than helping my wife. So I started searching for a dealership with a different service attitude. I found it and you can too at Jackie Cooper. I have never had anyone in a service department treat me as professionally as Parker. He went above and beyond to take care of my wife’s car. I’ll take that car back there anytime and would buy my next Nissan from Jackie Cooper.

I went to Jackie Cooper for an oil change as soon as I got out of the car guy asked if I wanted tires rotated I thought it was free because he didn't say a price so I said yes and when I went there my service light was not on. But when I got ready to leave the service engine light on, the oil change wasn't reset and I got charge for tire rotation. I told them I didn't know I was going to be change I got free rotation and balance where I got my tires at in Christmas. well they said they would take it off never happen. service light still on they asked the person who worked on my car he said he didn't know if it was on before he started! Are you kidding me it was not on. Then on my way home I had a flat tire, got to loves and air it up enough to get it fixed it had something in the tire the guy said. my car light still on smelling fumes and not response from Jackie at all. I called them immediately when I saw I had a flat and they said let us know do you need a tow truck I was thinking what so you can change me for it! I want someone to see why my service light is on because they did something and told me it would cost 250 if they checked it out which it wasn't on when I got there!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband went in there today, casually dressed to buy an Altima. He walked around the parking lot. Crickets. He walked around the show room, sat in a chair. Crickets. Even the sales manager walked by him, just like everyone else, without even saying hi or a head nod. Finally he asked someone to talk to him. The guy took him for a drive, and was on his cell phone while driving!
So rude. We won't buy there!

I bought a Nissan Rogue in February 2024 from here. I am beyond frustrated 5 MONTHS later still have not received the second transponder key for my Rogue. I have been by there several times and have called them. They still have not even reached out or solved the problem. I still do not have the transponder key.
I can not believe how dishonest and unprofessional they have been.

Ok, so I contacted this place several weeks ago about a big sale they had going on. I spoke with Island, she said they couldn't help me...ok. I can handle that. But, I keep getting tons of calls and voicemails from a James and a Jonah. So I called back today. Apparently, a manager named Luke Jones was supposed to contact me and try to help. So I call JC Nissan, the receptionist there was kinda dingy, and said that a Luke Jones did not work there after James told me he did. So, I'm chalking this dealership up to idiots and liars. If they wanted my business so badly they would've made something work the first time. Will the real Luke Jones, please stand up? What a joke.

My husband bought a 2009 Ford Ranger Pickup in March of this year (@Jackie Cooper Nissan) because his 2019 Toyota was lost in a housefire. There is no warranties on a used vehicle. Today we found out that this $10,000 truck is toast. It needs a new motor. Beware buying used vehicles !!

Everyone was great. Velvet was great at showing me the features of the car and how to use it all. Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful - great experience! Update. I no longer own the car and can’t get my refund for the extra coverages I purchased. I can no longer give you five stars. Paper work was sent in last October and I still don’t have a refund. They way I’ve been treated is a one star.

I was leaving for a trip and didn't realize you needed an appt for an oil change. My car place couldn't get me in so I called Jackie Cooper and told them my issue and had my car done an hour later. They were quick and very nice.
