First of all…I’m sandra, Ken’s wife. And I have been shopping with J Jill since it was a catalog only. J Jill has clothes for women of all ages. They are stylish and they FIT. I have never been in any of the stores in any state where the associates were not welcoming and helpful. And I love the clothes.

This store is great! Sales reps are also very helpful. The JJILL credit card — that’s quite another story. I will ONLY use it if I go home and pay it IMMEDIATELY IN full — 100% — I have had penalties AND late fees TWICE even though the card is paid in full one week before the due date — every single time. Calling Comenity is a nightmare all by itself. If it wasn’t for the 5% JJILL discount, I would ditch it and just collect airline miles on another card. I may end up doing that anyway.

Great clothes, wonderful stores, horrible credit plan. Pay cash or use a bank card Comenity Credit is the worst. They charge interest on paid off accounts, they late pay on scheduled payments before due date. My account is paid off and I’ll never use them again.

Sales clerks need an etiquette 101 lesson on how to treat customers. Upon entering the store, there was NO “may I help you”; while trying to shop, I was also carrying around an arm full of clothes to try on (finally someone offered to put my clothes in a dressing room); after purchasing several items, I did NOT even receive a “thank you”. In fact, register lady left from behind her counter before I could even pick up my bags.

Sales clerk could not have been any less interested in my presence. I did find something I wanted. Mind you, the only customer in the store...not welcoming. I will hesitate before I go back. Even though I like J Jill clothes. Maybe online?
