I wish I could give negative stars. IBC bank as a whole, absolutely terrible bank, but the local branches take the cake in being wholly uninformed and unprofessional. Tell me why, in a bank, I can't find a single person to tell me how to file a complaint. The teller said just tell her... Like. No, how about you find out how your company handles complaints legally. The branch manager, Cheyanna (unsure how to spell), is a woman without empathy or knowledge of her own branches products and services. How does a bank that takes 4 days to deposit a mobile bank still in business? I will never know. I do know today I spoke with Josh on the phone to ask questions about what was happening in our account. There was a lot of "I think" "maybe", I ask to talk to someone who might know more. Apparently impossible to do on the phone, I had to go in person. I then speak to the branch manager. Not only was she uninterested in helping us when she realized we were unhappy with our services, she told us incorrect information. Could not even tell us the actual balance in our account. What is the point of the bank at this point? We have had so many issues with this bank. We ask them to reverse a charge, they reverse the charge we ask for AS WELL as other random charges for no reason. We have had to pay fees to other companies because this bank doesn't know how to hold money. I go to the teller to deposit some money so our bank account with an unknown amount of money in it, so it doesn't say it's negative. I ask the teller, Stacie, what I need to do to file a complaint. She says they have no forms, everything is digital. I ask her how I can file a complaint digitally. The branch manager calls teller on the phone, I'm imagining to ask her what my problem is. She is told to give us "the customer service number" which turns out, is just a branch in Oklahoma city, that was closed when I called at 5:00. So, what happened to I could file a complaint digitally? Also, what business doesn't know how to file a complaint? Whyyyyy is there a desire to say stuff that isn't true? I'll never understand. I will say, I looked up and down IBC's website and was actually unable to find a place to complain. Which makes sense, I'm sure the website would crash daily from the amount of upset ppl that have the misfortune of banking with IBC. This bank sucks. And for the record, I do not bank there, but my boyfriend does, and if it's the last thing I do, that account will be closed by next week. Also miss branch manager couldn't tell me how to close my account without an extra dose of sass. If upset customer's make you uncomfortable, don't work at a bank. Horrible, horrible bank. If you want to lose money and have a bank that operates like it's 2016, choose this bank.

I stopped by to get a document notarized. The bank manager who apparently wasn't dressed to come work in a bank decided she would refuse offering me notary services because I didn't have an account at the bank. I would have gladly paid. She had to read the entire document before deciding to ask about my acct status. She was unpleasant in how she handles her business. She should have made the statement about acct status upfront but she had to be nosey first. I have 4 different bank accounts but they will never get any of my business and they are in my neighborhood.

Branch is absolutely useless the ATM is either down or rips you off and doesn't dispense money. They can't help you inside and you will have to call the number on the back of your card to try and dispute it. This place is useless.

I LOVE IBC, primarily the sapulpa branch. I’ve also frequently visited several otherIBC locations, with good service. This is the one location, however, that I hate having to go to. They are VERY slow, and they aren’t nearly efficient. This has been my experience the past year or two, with this branch. This location needs improvement for sure.

How it could be a bank? It's slow and even they don't know what they are doing, too much complicated.Worst experience ever. Simply to update the account information they inform the manager and even the manager doesn't anything about this. Deposit the emoney always have to spend at least 20 minutes no matter what. I believe that's why I don't see customer there.

Consistently the slowest service i have ever encountered. It should not take over 10 minutes to get a receipt for a cash deposit.

Not one time have I walked in to this location and been helped in a timely manner. Everyone at this branch has no sense of urgency. I would not recommend ibc just because of this location either. As a bank their policies are garbage. Take your banking business else where or you'll be waiting in the lobby for an hour for no reason

I have my own business and opened a business account at the Sand Springs location Jan. of this year 2018. Recently I called in to the Sand Springs bank as I had a large unexpected water bill for over $600 come through which caused overdrafts. I called in to the Sand Springs branch and my officer was not in but I asked the guy answering the phone to let my officer know I needed a way to set up alerts either via email, text or at least have the statement sent to me so I will know the next time something like this occurs faster than I did this time. and to please reverse the overdraft charges. I also asked for a phone call back from my officer and was told they would call the next day. No one ever called me back. They did reimburse me for one overdraft but not all of them and never called me back. Today I called into the mid-town branch and spoke to a Keisha and a Tee at the bank. They advised me that I could set up an IBC bank app on my phone which would allow me to have alerts. Wow! If only I had been told that when I set up my account initially and at the very least when I called in to the Sand Springs branch. I will not go back to the Sand Springs branch but will stay with IBC due to the good customer service I received from the mid-town branch.
