Its good. Service was exceptional. The property is a little dated, but it seems like it has been maintained well. At least with what we interacted with. The fitness center was adequate, not stellar but

This review is for the wonderful, safe, efficient experience my airline crew and I had today. Tim (our van driver through Hyatt) was extremely professional and handled an uncomfortable situation with another airline crew extremely impressively. He was attentive to everyone’s needs and did everything he could to make the unique situation right. Additionally, we were all very grateful for his knowledge of the downtown area but mostly, that we had a fantastic ride after a long work day with him. Thanks Tim and Hyatt team who greeted us so warmly during our layover! Go Tim.

Room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly. I really enjoyed the on site coffee shop including the healthy breakfast options. You can walk to a few of the tourist attractions and the rest are 10 minutes or less by car. Good restaurants within walking distance as well. There is a free airport shuttle.

They need more check in and out attendants at front desk, had to wait a while both checking in and out, just one attendant and it was pretty busy. Beds were comfortable. Big gap under our door in room. Was a bit uncomfortable and you could here everything in the hall and people talking etc... which I'm sure then you could hear everything in our room. Not sure if it's every room door, but ours sure was big gap.

Awesome hotel and experience. The room and facilities are very clean. The hotel is pet friendly but nothing smells like dog! I would definitely stay again and feel very comfortable here. Thank you.

Our room was nice but a little dated looking. The beds are a bit small but comfortable. Everything was clean. The people at the front desk were nice but not in a wholehearted way. More in a "we're trained to be nice" kind of way. It was just a bit condescending in my mind. The location is downtown Tulsa so you must use a parking garage that's adjacent to the hotel. The parking garage is not a shining example of how to maintain a parking garage. It was a little bit dirty and the ventilation was terrible at best. All in all our stay wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The hotel doesn't even had a door that faces in the direction of the rest of downtown. We'll stay there again but only because of the convenience it offers.

I have been staying here for the past 4 weeks. The only complaint I have is associated with the bar. The bartender, Chris, is fantastic, however the bar started running out of certain brands of beer the second week of my stay. This is my 4th week and it's only gotten worse. No one seems to be ordering to keep inventory levels where they need to be. I feel sorry for Chris and the staff because they have to continuously tell customers "I'm sorry but we're out of that beer right now." That has to be so embarrassing. I'm not sure who's supposed to be keeping up with inventory and placing the orders, but they are not doing their job.

Excellent service. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. Great location. Parking available, valet service is exceptional. Great location, nearby local restaurants, the Bok Center and the Brady District are within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Check in and check out were so easy. Everything was nice and clean as well. The shuttle was also able to take and pick us up from our event. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to stay again.

If you're looking for a very clean hotel with great breakfast and coffee downstairs with staff that treats you well, stay here. We were able to stay here without any problems for probably the third or fourth time and they always help us with whatever we need.

I've stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Tulsa about 10 times this year (2023) for business. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I've used. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Kudos to the new GM on the upgrades to the exterior, very welcoming.

The name Hyatt Regency stirs up alot of expectations in the quality of stay. While the walk up and entrance of the hotel is pretty and nice, the rooms leave a bit to be desired for the price you pay.The hotel front desk staff are very friendly and serve each patron with a welcoming and high standard you expect from this establishment. They were also very accommodating in getting our multiple rooms to be next to each other. This location is under going some renovations, primarily in the garage parking area, but in a way that is not obtrusive. The spaces, elevators, halls, and rooms are all very well kept and clean. The full size beds are small and not a great option for 2 people sharing a bed. When it's the Hyatt Regency, I don't understand why there wouldn't be queen beds instead. The restrooms are tiny and there is no fan. In general, hotels do not have enough places to hang wet towels during a stay. Such a simple convenience and it's just not there. We do appreciate the working refrigerators and the size of them for keeping things. The pool was not exactly what was expected but it was nice that the water was very cold for a dip. There are lots of tables and chairs for people to spread out and have space. There are towels in the pool area so you don't need to bring down towels from your rooms.Rooms: Tiny bathrooms, not enough hooks for wet shower towels, full size beds are difficult for 2 sharing a bed. Working refrigerator is nice. Lots of plugs, both normal and usb as well as a docking charger clock for iphones.Nearby activities: There are alot of eateries, a performing arts building and alot of places within walking distance of this hotel. Depending on what you are in town for, or what you are looking to do, you have options.Walkability: There are alot of eateries, a performing arts building and alot of places within walking distance of this hotel. The staff at this Hyatt was significantly better than any other I had been to! Their parking situation is extremely convenient with the garage being attached to the side of the hotel. Our king room was very spacious but almost to the point it was a little bland. Our room wasn’t super clean (chip crumbs in the corner) but honestly it wasn’t worth complaining over when we were in town to explore the city. Room service is on the pricey end, $15 for two cans of Diet Coke is a little ridiculous. Every time I requested something to the room they showed up in 10 minutes or less, impressive!! The major downfall was the pool. We booked this specific Hyatt for the pool and it was such a let down. The pool was cold and dirty, just not what I expected at all. Overall I would give them another shot if I had to but may choose the other Hyatt if I find myself back in Tulsa.

Stayed here the week of July 24 for conference. Free shuttle from the airport and the driver was quite fun and gladly answered questions. Very welcoming and friendly staff, from check-in, housekeeping and other employees we came across. All helpful and accommodating. Our room near elevators was handy with no noise from traffic. Nice gym and pool. Posted quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM which was well appreciated! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have a small snack area in the lobby and another convenient store nearby. Their Daily Grill restaurant is very good; we ate there a couple times during our stay. If we had to come to Tulsa again, would definitely stay here again!

I thought this hotel was a perfect Hyatt, which was a relief because I stayed at a very sub par one in Calgary. Fresh, clean and super friendly. See my review of the Calgary Hyatt downtown to see what s difference I experienced.
