Paid over $300 for their service (Tax return and ITIN) and they are not able to help and I am now stuck with no help in sight. As the expert they are not able to give me any advice or options to resolve my case. so utterly disappointing

The lady im the front is completely unprofessional and disrespectful she tried saying I made 100,000 dollars and that's why I had a little return. But it clearly said 10,000. And argued with me and wouldn't let me speak then I said please stop talking to me like that and she acted like I was the irrate one then a tax pro came and helped me and kept saying stuff under her breath saying I didn't know anything. And making snide remarks. I'm talking about the receptionist in the front.

Huge shout out to Vicki, she's the best!We filed our taxes online and the h&r block software wouldn't let us review or submit our taxes after having already paid for the services. After a month of run around over the phone from different tax pros and tech support, no one had any answers for us so we set an appointment to go in. The tax pro we were assigned was also clueless on how to help with this dilemma when Vicki Ward then kindly stepped in and offered her assistance, and we sure are glad she did! She took our problem head on and spent 2 hours of her time on the phone with different contacts to help us get a refund on the services unrendered and get our taxes filed properly. This type of action speaks for itself. Give this woman a raise, she deserves it!In addition to her kindness, what really set her apart was her genuine care and determination to get us through our conundrum. It was evident that she truely wanted to help us and not just make a profit. She took the time to understand our individual situation and tailored her services to meet our specific needs. I would highly recommend this tax pro to anyone looking for assistance with their taxes. With their kindness, determination, and genuine care for their clients, they are truly a rare find. I am so grateful for all her help and will definitely be working with her in the future!

They held up my taxes after I complained about them charing me $39 to withdraw their money from my account. Then I was told it was because they hated me and wanted me to go away. 18th and Sheridan location, Tulsa ok.
