I came to get the tires on my wife's vehicle balanced ONLY. It took the technician 2hrs to take care of the job. There was 1 vehicle ahead of mine in that area of the garage. The staff showed no sense of urgency to take care of the job in a timely manner. Oscar the manager was present too with no explanation to the extremely long wait. However I've been doing business with Hibdon tires for over 10yrs, this experience was by far my worst. My honest opinion is that the 41st staff needs to do better going forward.

Had a blow out on a tire and went in to get it replaced because it was still under warranty all they needed to do was check the numbers on the tire to match it and replace it the gentleman that helped us I’m pretty sure was a manager argued with us that we hit something and that’s what caused the blow out when we didn’t hit anything at all and it is my car and I never have hit anything super unhappy with my experience not sure why this was even had to be an argument

I called Hibdon on 41st last week and talked to Oscar. I need a brake job and live 5 mins away. He told me if I came in on Friday or Sat of that week that they could take me home. I showed up Friday and the lady said Oscar was not there and I could come back on Tuesday and they would take me home. I showed up on Tuesday and Oscar said they were too busy. I said that this was my second trip and he said, well you’ll need to find a ride. He was very rude and could have cared less that I had made arrangements for a ride. I’ll go to Robertsons. They always take care of me.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is terrible. Horrible communication I was told the service I requested would get started right away (tire rotation) (one of the easiest jobs in the automotive industry) and that it would take about an extra hour to do the alignment I asked for. 5 1/2 hours later they finally finish and proceed to tell me they can’t do the alignment because my tie rods are bad (just had them inspected at the dealership everything is good) they then proceeded to tell me my sway bars are bad (just had them replaced last week) also tried to persuade me to pay almost $700 for new parts that are already new.. as I go to get in my truck I noticed my splined lug nut socket is missing out of my center console. Luckily I got it back but it is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional to be digging through the customer’s compartments. Get your own tools. I wouldn’t recommend going here ever. Go see a real professional.

After purchasing 4 tires in April that were over inflated, we had a road hazard flat that we had to replace again. We specifically asked them to be sure all tires were at an appropriate psi for the vehicle, and that they check the spare as well since the tire pressure sensor light came back on within a few days of the original replacement. The light is now back on less than two weeks after the second replacement and my husband brought the vehicle back to the shop to ask them to check the pressures again and he was refused as there were “5 people in front of him”. We were not asking for them to cut us in front to service the vehicle, just to have a tech check the pressures so we could verify if it was a pressure issue or a sensor issue. Disappointed in the customer service and frustrated with the situation.

This is last time i will go to 4qst location the manager sucks. He caters to spanish people. Ive had alot of car repairs done with them but everytime i get work done i have to ho back because of a bad part. Dont try an takeadvantage of cause im women. Just bad mechanics an they dont stand behind their work. If i ho there get work done an 2 weeks i gottz go back for thesame thing an you caNt reimburse my towe chRge something is really wrong with you.BAD BUSINESS...JUST Wanna rack up cost....never going back unless they right the wrongs

We had a flat. Barely made it there. Went in asked how long the wait was. We were told we were next. Sat for 2 hours and 45 minutes with people coming in and out. We asked several times and we're told the same. Finally one of the workers told us they take appointments first over walk ons so we may wait all day. Never once were we told this. We would have gone elsewhere. Our tire was on the rim and a nice young man working there offered to put on our spare so we could go elsewhere. He got us back on the road. We went to Richardsons tire half a mile away. Great customer service, got great eats across the way at the fatia shop. I used Hibdon in dallas for years but I will NEVER go back again !! Poor customer service. Rude. Best of luck to that young man he had enough today was his last day! They lost an excellent employee ! So happy for him !

I took my car in for ac repair. They replaced the ac compressor ($1300), they gave me a printout of the codes the engine had filed when I picked it up. They assured me it was repaired even though the check engine light was still on(there was more than one code on the printout). One of the codes referenced an ac problem due to the thermostat not working. Later that day, the car still blew hot air so I took it back. I was told it needed a new thermostat and charged me $400 more to repair what was probably the real issue all along. Not sure if its just incompetence or ripper-offery. I spend ALOT of money at this location, I will not be back.

Why did it take them 2 hours to replace 4 trailer tires? Even with a tire machine. It should have took like an hour maybe just a bit longer but not 2 hours. What's with the slow play? People have other things to do rather than sit and wait for you to get done. Y'all need to get the lead out and work like you have a sense of purpose. And all these ppl giving 5 stars were probably paid to do so or given a discount

This place used to be A+, I bought a new set of tires last year and came with lifetime rotation. I came in 1st thing to have it done and there were 2,people in front of me one was getting a tire plugged idk about the other but he said it was a 2hr wait time, so i figured it would be best to schedule an appointment and come back. The place is dead my truck was left sitting over an hour I’m sitting in their waiting area bored so decided to write a post warning people that if you have anything to do probably use someone else. Update 1.5 hours later they come out to tell me they have someone on the way in 30 mins and when he gets here it should only be 40 more mins, if I wanted I could reschedule again and waste another several hours/days of my time. I’m not here to blast anyone but this is some of the worst service I’ve experienced.

Every time I go into this location the staff is kind and friendly! Kudos to William for making me a satisfied customer! He did everything to make me happy with my new tires purchase!! William is always upbeat and his customer service skills is 2nd to none!
