If I could leave zeros stars I would! Worst customer service ever!!! I booked my car for a 10am pick up time and been waiting since noon to get it. Not only did they put on my on paperwork that the car was check out at 12:07pm and still haven’t received it. I lost 2 hours of travel time and I’m still waiting for the car to be given to me!!! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE

I have been hertz president circle 10+ years. This center management is a really bad service. They don't maintain the cars well, on top they are expecting you to return a clean car. They point you to some small scracth or chip and charge. The first time, I felted cheating with hertz rental. It's the problem with the property manager. Please go somewhere else for cars

The customer service is not good at all. Called in about extending my due date on the car I rented. They left me on hold and forgot about me. Sad.. next time I'll just go somewhere else. And this was twice in a day.

The most upsetting issue regarding my rental was THE $10.00/ day ADMINISTRATION FEES regarding using TOLLS!! $10.00 per day is shady and shameful business practice. I take responsibility in the fact that I didn't read the fine print on the rental agreement, but I also should have also been verbally notified that these charges would occur should I use toll roads.
Hertz reached out for a survey weeks before I recieved an email regarding said charges and toll fees. (hmm..seems deliberately deceitful)
The other grievences in regards to Hertz's is the customer service. The employee was kind and accommodating, but obviously overwhelmed. She was the ONLY employee there for about 30 minutes; the phones were ringing constantly. The employee did a good job at juggling desk service and phones but again, she could only do so much being the only person there.
I waited over an hour to get a rental after being told there was a vehicle available because Hertz's system was down. One could attribute the last two complaints as bad luck, but however you want to look at it, Hertz has tainted their reputation in my eyes.
I will not be renting from Hertz agian nor recommending Hertz to anyone in need of a rental. Tell me exactly, HOW does bbb have the rating it does for Hertz?? That's about to change.

I chose for the first time to try the Uber Rental and rent a car. I was about 8 miles from the Rental place. I rented the car for $60 through the app and had an Uber take me there. When I arrived, the salesperson (who also claimed to be the manager) stated that he did not have a full size car available (that's what I rented on my app) and that I would have to be charged for the next level up. Well this is a scam people! You lure someone to your office, because obviously they need a car, then you conveniently tell them that you don't have your car type and then make them pay more or else they don't go away with a car. Not going to happen again to me. I ended up paying $120 for a $60 rental.

This is absolutely disaster of a location to rent from. Rude and unprofessional staff and management. It is beyond impossible to get them to answer their phones. I spent nearly an hour on hold today after having to call 8 times and the business closed and never reanswered. I spent another 20+ minutes on hold with the reservations line and never got answer.

I would give a negative 5 stars if I could. Don't waste your time going here. I have had a rental reserved for 3 ½months only to go pick it up the day before I am to leave and they tell me they can't rent to me with a debit card. I have the full amount and more but they didn't want to talk to me anymore because I don't have a credit card. No where did the emails or website say anything about having to have a credit card only. I have always rented a car with my bank card. Well I guess the bright side is I saved money and will never do business with Hertz again.

Insurance was paying for rental but they would not take my debit card for deposit. They their computer won't run Arvest cards. I have never had a problem anywhere else. I will never go there or recommend Hertz to anyone.

Amanda went above and beyond to help us. We rented a car because of a accident and had to keep it a few days longer than insurance would pay. She was so helpful and very polite. She explained everything so we understood. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I will be going back to this location if I need to rent a car again.

Rented a car here we were desperate but I recommend to never rent from them they took our money and told us they would refund us the amount they took they over charged us then said we cannot refund that amount so here we are not able to feed ourselves til we get paid thank you guys so much and I’m 5 months pregnant.

Seems like the local franchise is going out of business or something? Feels like a trashier version of enterprise.. I’m a gold member, hopefully it turns around? Otherwise, won’t be a continued customer.

This was the worst customer experience I've had in a long time. They answer the phone "hold on". They confirmed my rental reservation and then "lost it". They assured me I would have a ride from the auto body shop and then did not provide a ride, stranding me there. They were outright rude. Use any place you can but this...it would be worth even extra cost.

I came on here to write a bad review, and I can obviously see we aren't the first one. What a horrible experience! Nothing like the day starting with a car accident-no fault of ours-and then having to deal with the worst customer service here to try and get a rental for work tomorrow. State Farm needs a better option.Amanda, at the location-what a nasty person. And don't swipe your debit card first thing like they tell you to. They love to trick you to add on their own insurance and then refuse to take it off. We will never ever use this location or Hertz again. Worst customer service we have ever had.
