Reserved a car online for $300 show up to pick said car up they don’t have that car they only have compacts and then they added fees totaling $700 this place and people working here are the worst

AMANDA, oh my goodness, Amanda saved our lives with our reservation. We had a horrendous wedding day and just needed out and Amanda made sure we were nothing but taken care of. I will forever be grateful for the work and dedication she put in to take care of her customers. If you are looking for a great person to work with ask for AMANDA!!!!!!

Confirmed my reservation, and then called an hour before to tell me rental time there would be no car. Said they would transfer the reservation to another location. Didn’t happen.
Then stated the call was a courtesy call, that they did me a favor. I would consider it a courtesy at a minimum to honor a confirmed reservation.
So fyi if TUL is out of inventory, don’t try here either.

The lady at location is named Nelly and as I asked for a quote she advised me of calling or visiting the website because she was busy and could not do it. The lady locks door after I left and sat in office busy where and I went back to door I asked for her name now idk if this is her name but the 41st memorial location needs to get it together very uncreditable service.

I had a great experience with Nelly!! She went above and beyond, gave me her cell for any issues, was very responsive and got me to save some money by purchasing gas upfront! She was the best!!

Went to here after an insurance claim. Waited 3 hours to be picked up. Even after scheduling ahead, and calling. Was picked up by a women who didn't even say hi, didnt help me with the car door as it was a Tesla and ive never been in one before, just very cold and distracted. Kept getting on her phone, no conversation or anything, didnt even say hi how your doing handshake nothing. Not even simple pleasentries,when I got there was informed that was the only car available. I refused because im nervous about driving a electric car and had to cancel getting my car worked on. Things like this really are inconvenient. I get it they only can do whay they have but they need to mention what they have on hand before they accept a scheduled rental.

I’m giving it 1 star because i can’t give it zero. Terrible phone etiquette. The employees must think that their paychecks just magically appear and that customers are an unfortunate nuisance that gets in the way of them doing their real job, which apparently is to give bad service and Lisa off new customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Made a reservation a month ago, go to pick up the car, but they don't have one available. The only they could say is we will cancel it, good luck! Not helpful at all
